LOWES

While lowes has been professional and has worked with me, the initial company that they contracted out had been terrible!! DO NOT HAVE GAMMONS FENCE of mocksville, nc install a fence for you! They work selerately and are contracted by lowes! My fence job is so bad that another contractor came out to fix the mistakes and told me that he has to tear down my fence and start from scratch! The fence is loose, my dogs can fit between the gate, and there are holes at the bottom of the fence. Terrible, unprofessional job. Lowes has helped me deal with the mess though!

It went great.  They came to my house and measured.  They helped me find what I wanted.  They are just on order as of right now.  They were very helpful. 

They did an excellent job.  I would refer them to anybody. 

From the sales of the Carpet to the total project completion there were errors made. I requested the best padding and later discovered I received the least expensive. The contract provided for moving non-excessively heavy furniture, when the installer came he wanted $100 more to move four relatively light pieces of furniture. If you contact Lowe's, make sure that it is in writing what furniture and descriptions of furniture is to be moved. The installer came late and did not return calls made to confirm installation date and time. Lowe's lost the installation schedule from the installer and could not confirm the installation date or time. The total installation time exceeded expected times of three hours and took over six hours to install two rooms of carpet. The subcontractor Malik Carpets on two occasions needed to leave and acquire additional supplies for the installation. The entire project is below an acceptable level and the next time I need carpet I will not be using Lowe's.

WE HAD MEASURED WRONG AND ALREADY OPENED THE BOX THE DOOR CAME IN. SO THEY CAME TO OUR HOUSE TO INSTALL THE DOOR. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF SHIMMING THE DOORWAY AND YOU WOULD NEVER KNOW THAT THE NEW DOOR WAS SMALLER THAN THE OLD ONE.

THEY DID A MARVELOUS JOB AT KEEPING THE CARPET STRAIGHT, SO THE PATTERN WAS RUNNING STRAIGHT. THEY ARE VERY PROMPT AND TIMELY. IF YOU ASK A QUESTION THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT ANSWERING.

THIS IS A GOOD COMPANY TO WORK WITH. THEY WORKED IN TIMELY MANNER AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY DID A FABULOUS JOB OF SEAMING THE CARPET. THEY VACUUMED THE CARPET BEFORE THEY LEFT.

THEY ARE VERY CLOSE AND CONVENIENT. I HIRE THEM WHENEVER I NEED SOMETHING INSTALLED IN MY HOME. THEY DO EXCELLENT WORK AND I HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR SEVERAL YEARS NOW.

LOWE'S DID A FAIRLY GOOD JOB ON THE FLOOR IN MY KITCHEN. I REALLY WAS SURPRISED AT HOW CHEAP IT WAS. THEY REALLY SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING.

LOWE'S DID A BAD JOB ON MY COUNTERTOP. THEY ALSO DID NOT CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THE PEOPLE WERE ALSO NOT VERY NICE OR POLITE DURING THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE.

I NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM. THEY WERE ALWAYS PUNCTUAL AND RESPONSIBLE. THEIR PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE ALSO. THEIR PROFESSIONALISM AND RESPONSIVENESS WAS VERY GOOD.

We were fairly pleased with the work that was done, but there have been some issues with a different leak. It seems that the work was done incorrectly in the first place.
