This house was a VERY tough sell because it was a high-priced house in a gated community at a time when the real estate market was just beginning to rebound. Moreover, an eight-lane freeway was being constructed less than a mile from the property and a half-dozen other homes in the small community were also on the market. Bottom line: it took about 15 months to sell the house at roughly ten percent less than what we purchased it for in 2007 (during a seller's market).
My wife and I are grateful to Steve and The Vincent Group for outstanding perseverance. The same half-dozen homes in our community are still on the market...but ours has SOLD! And we saved nearly $5000 over what we would have paid in commission for a typical realtor.

We have had negative experiences with purchasing a home in the past. This time, however, Amanda made the process enjoyable. She communicated our concerns to the seller, the inspector, the appraiser, and our attorney. As we left our attorney's office w/ keys in hand, we were amazed at how seamless the process had been. 

Listing our home with Help U Sell and buying from them ended up being a major disaster. From the beginning our Realtor undervalued our home and then failed to sell it. Every time we got a call from him, our stomachs dropped because he was always very negative. Other Realtors gave very high remarks when they showed the home. When our first contract fell through, he tried to threaten us into buying a home also listed through him even though the contract was contingent upon selling our home. We would never, ever use this company again.
