They had my window ready within 3 days which was quicker than anybody around.

Dropped the window off to be replaced. I was told it would take about a week. I received the call 5 days later to pick it up. Everyone was helpful and friendly.

A thief threw a large stone through my house window. I removed the frame and took it to Ernest Glass. They replaced and sealed the window, including the bars between the panes of glass. Their service was prompt and courteous. Though the factory they work with was closed for Christmas and New Year's, the window was still complete within one day of the promised delivery (which was two weeks).
