They're very courteous, very timely. They cleaned up after they were done. The job looks great and they're professional.

It's was fabulous. They are pretty good and helpful. They were on time. They were probably the best carpet installers I have ever seen. I don't know I have ever been in a home depot where they didn't try to do their best for you and this one sure did in the flooring department and they are really good, company did a great job.

I would give the professionalism of the people in the store an A. They knew their stuff. They were very likeable. I would probably give the professionalism of the installers a C. They came too early and my husband wasn't home yet so we weren't prepared for them. They needed help to get the refrigerator out and so they worked around what they could do until he got here. We are very pleased with the countertops. They look nice and we think they will last forever.

First of all, the local Home Depot stores don't talk to the national installers, if my experience is an indication. I had to be the go between, first calling the local Home Depot for the water heater, then calling the national 800 number to arrange for the installation. Then if there are any questions from the national installer, I had to call the local Home Depot (since they won't) to get the answer to relay back. Since it wasn't a standard installation, I had to call back the local HD store, pay the trip charge, then call back the national number to let them know it's been paid. Even after the payment, I wasn't able to get the estimator to set an appointment for 5 days (no hot water) with at least one call a day. Twice they lost the order. The estimator was very unfriendly and had a very high estimate. He told me that he didn't want to do the job. I thought I had been patient so called another installer who was $230 cheaper and did the job the next day.

Very helpful and professional. Enjoyed working with them. Were very knowledgeable about the fencing and layout. Very helpful when it came to all the parts and pieces that we had to purchase. Would definitely go back again.

The designer, Angie did an excellent job in helping us pick out the window treatment. The best part was the window treatment was perfect and on sale.

The Home Depot workers were professional and completed the work in a timely fashion. They answered all of our questions and did an excellent job. The best part was the door was in stock and we got it installed promptly.
