Discussed my request over the phone and got a âguessâ at a quote based on what I described. William said it could be more or less depending on how complicated the job was. He arrived when he said, found out that the job was less complicated, and reduced his quote. This was refreshing to have someone do the work and, because the job was easier/quicker than expected, adjust the amount down. William did an excellent job. Highly recommended.
