His installation people were professional and easy to work with, and they worked hard to ensure I was happy with the installation. They came up a little short on the laminate slate in the laundry room, but Mr. Tilton worked hard to get it pretty quickly, apologizing profusely (anyone can make a small error like that, and he did not charge me for the additional tile he had to order) and the installers returned as soon as they got it. The floors are beautiful and I have had no problems with the installation or the materials. And, I love laminate floors, especially with pets!
