Bob was most pleasant to deal with, arriving promptly as scheduled, following through with progress, explaining procedures, and assuring his prompt return if necessary

Great. He showed up on time, did a thorough search, and provided me with a satisfactory explanation.

Bob was not the first company I called, but he was the only person that did both of the following: 1.) Answered the phone on a Saturday to schedule my appoint for the upcoming week, and 2.) was willing to come for a one-time treatment. We are trying to sell our home and did not want to sign up for an annual contract. The other companies I called (that actually answered their phone) would only service us if we agreed to an annual treatment contract upfront. Even if we weren't moving, I would not do business this way -- why would I sign a 1 year contract with a company that is not willing to demonstrate their work first? Bob is not like this. He explained that an ongoing treatment agreement is best, but that he was willing to come out for a one-time visit if that fit our needs. He even arranged for a 7:30am appointment so that I did not have to take time off of work.
On the morning of the appointment, a worker named Judson arrived and immediately got to work. It only took him about 20 minutes to treat the entire interior and exterior but I felt like he did a thorough job. He explained to us what kind of roaches we had and that they did not have a and quot;nestand quot; that could be destroyed like ants. This means that we would still probably seem some roaches in certain areas outside, but that any that made it inside would die in short order.
Since the treatment, we have had MUCH MUCH fewer roaches make it inside the house. The few that did get in either were found dead or they were obviously impaired and easy to kill.
The company was responsive, easy to get along with, did well with our dog, and was well-priced. I only have one complaint. Judson asked me to sign an agreement that stated there was no warranty for their work since it was a one-time visit. (They only warranty their contractual visits). I didn't mind signing the agreement, but I should have been told at that time I made the appointment that there was no warranty and that this was required to complete the work. It should not be left up to a service tech to handle this. However, I do consider this a very minor issue. I am pleased with their work and would call them back if needed again.

He is very good. I would highly recommend him. I have used him for years. They call to schedule your next appoitment and work around your schedule. They come back if they do not get rid of the bugs. They are very responsive and trustworthy.

The first company I called told me they didn't handle squirrels and gave me a referral number, but stated they didn't know anything about the company they were referring me to, it was just the number they referred people to. I ignored their referral in favor of another listing on Angie's list; Bob the Critter Gitter. When I called Bob, they were pleasant and quickly responded, kept the initial appointment, were unobtrusive keeping a check on the trap, and sealed up the entryway without fuss. We were very pleased with the service, would use it again or unhesitantly refer a friend to their service.

He is very friendly. I have a dog, and he always brings dog treats. He's great with the kids. He helps us feel very comfortable with him. He goes through every room in the house, and I never worry about anything with him. He is very trustworthy. If you're looking for any type of pest treatment, he is definitely the person to call. He is organized, and he comes on time. His prices are definitely fair, too.

I called and setup an appointment with Bob. He came in on-time and was very professional. Sprayed around the house and outside and in the crawl space. Provided instructions on efficacy and handling of the chemical used. It took about 20 minutes.

I have been using this company since about 2004. There is excellent customer service. He is very trustworthy when he is in the house. He will also remove animals from the house. One time I thought I had a bird in the house and he was here in about an hour. I feel that his prices are reasonable also.
