Poor communication!!!! With me sat around one weekend waiting on them and they never showed. Also the roof leaks after they just replaced it. Let?s see how long it takes to get this right.

These guys know what a good roof is without over complicating a roof and they charge what is expected in your area highly recommend these guys.

I enjoyed my experience with MND construction. Great company, local and care about customer service. My only complaint would be communication between contractor and customer. Although polite and nice, more communication of project completion forecast would have been nice.

The contract crew that works for MND had to be corrected in their understanding of the contract stipulations. The contract stipulated that the existing roof material be removed and the roof be exposed down to the plywood sheathing. This was to be done In order to inspect the quality of the roof sheathing. This means they had to remove all of the existing tar paper. This was not done in its entirety and the new synthetic paper was placed Atop The Old tar paper in some areas. When I realized this I questioned the crew and they told me the plywood sheathing was okay under the tar paper. I knew otherwise. I showed them where the sheathing had to be replaced under the old tar paper. I then called the company representative, Reuben, and he immediately came out to correct the crew and have them tear off the new synthetic layer as well as the old tar paper down to the bare wood. Once this was done what was initially a replacement of two sheets of 4 x 8 sheathing, became a replacement of 10 sheets. The contract stipulated for up to four sheets to be replaced. Beyond that each sheet would cost me $25. The company did not charge me for any of the sheathing used Beyond the initial four pieces. So essentially I got six at no cost.

Got three quotes, they were by far the cheapest. Use GAF architectural shingles but will use OC or Certainteed if you prefer. Great quality and workmanship. Complete cleanup. Shingles look great!

I wish I could rate them a "Zero". They painted on my roof and vinyl fence and have yet to correct the problems with the horrible exterior paint job. The painters did not cover anything. Painted my bushes, light fixtures, driveway, patio, as well as the new windows I has installed. No attention to detail! They made false promises that they would correct all of the errors. They will not even return a phone call or text to try to rectify the issues. Beware of this vendor. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone! Now I will have to seek legal action for them to fix the damage they have done to my property. Home Advisor should be ashamed for posting this company's advertisement on the app and website!

Very happy with my new roof. The group that came to do the work were professional and easy to work with. The clean up after was much better than i expected.

MND sent a crew that could not speak English to my house without telling me when they would show up first. They only replaced one flashing board (out of three) that were identified during the initial walk around for estimate of work to be done. The other two boards were only puttied and painted over. There were three fiber boards on the side of the house that had water damage along the bottom that were supposed to be puttied but the crew just cut the bottom of the board off and then it did not match the rest of the house. Trash was left by the crew that my wife had to clean up. The paint job (after it cured for 24 hours) had drip marks down the side of the house. After researching this problem online I have determined that it was too cold and humidity too high when the non-English speaking crew painted. There were white finger prints on the side of the house from painting the trim. I was told by the lead of the crew (that did speak English) when he came to collect the remaining balance for the job that it was common and that once it became warmer the drips would go away. I had to call the sales person twice to get the problems fixed and was finally told that he was just the sales person. After that I had to call the main office and send them pictures of all things that were wrong to get them fixed before we paid the remaining balance. For a company that says that it is all about quality first they leave a lot to be desired. I was in the process of deploying overseas and I had to make phone calls from halfway across the county from El Paso Texas and my wife had to deal with the problems. For a military town like Fort Bragg, NC I would not recommend them at all. They office personnel and salesman are very courteous and friendly but the Hispanic crews that come out to do the job cut corners and are not very through in the job that they do.

They do fast excellent work.

Simple and easy to understand contract. Roof work was started on the expected date, and completed in 7 hours. Cleanup was so good I could not tell we had just had a roof installed. I do a lot of reviews at different sites and this is my first all 5 review of any company. Expectations were exceeded. Bravo to MND!

These were the most professional workers we have ever hired for doing work on our house. Extremely courteous and polite, and very thorough in explaining everything being accomplished and what to expect. The quality of the work was superb.
