Excellent service from start to finish. Very high quality of supervision and installation of our new roof and it looks great. Harold really understands his business and truly does what he says and is an honest broker.

We had the orginal (poorly installed) roof completely replaced after Hurricane Florence blew through. It was an insurance job. Their service from the original estimate through the installation of the roof was very good, and the quality of their work was also very good. Our only gripe is "service after the sale". A week or so after the roof was complete a neighbor passing by noticed that some shingles appeared to be loose or misaligned. We called the office and after talking to someone there for the second or third time we were able to get them to send someone out to look at the situation. The repairman called and left a message that he had inspected the area and that "someone would be around the next week to repair it". Two or three more weeks have passed and no one has done a thing yet. We understand that this is not an emergency, but it should not take more than a half hour to fix the problem. Anyone of their workers could stop by on the way to or from another, bigger job and make the fix. We were quite satisfied with MND's work, but sorely disappointed in their "service after the sale".

Punctual, fast and awesome worknethic

I had a metal roof installed by this company. The roof leaks around the chimney. My husband has made repeated phone calls to this company and Dennis S.. We have been ignored and brushed off. Our roof leaks!!!! We need someone to come and fix it. We signed a contract and paid for the roof, labor, etcetera in April. It is now August and we have a leak which is causing damage to our home. They also pieced together one of the sheets instead of installing a full sheet. I am angry and disappointed in this company. I was told by Dennis S. that this company was run by proud ex-military people who took pride in their work. (Should have known better when Mexican workers installed the roof!!!). I want this company to honor their claims of quality roof installation and customer service. My roof needs to be repaired now or I will be taking further action!!!!!!!

The floor is separating in some spots and bowing out in others. it has a 5 year warranty for labor and materials and they will not honor the warranty and try to blame it on sub floor. Other contractors have looked at and says nothing is wrong with subfloor and it is the Vinyl LVP that is moving. MND even stated it was a manufacture default. but after 2 months still refuse to correct the error or refund money.

Insurance messed up the payment process, but MND Construction was patient and allowed the error to be corrected without giving us a hassle. We did maintain communication with them.

Came 5 days earlier than the scheduled date.. worked out great! Very well organized.. neat and clean when they were finished 👍👍

Quick, good price, no pressure

Office contacts were pleasant and informative. Estimate was prompt and professional. Work was done quickly, neatly, and efficiently.

They were on time, they worked hard. Very professional. Didn't over charge and didn't oversell. The work was good, and believe me, I looked for mistakes but couldn't find any. Plan on having them back out, need more things done

Had to call to get information on start date was told mid week which should be Wednesday no show then told would come by Friday to drop off Material no show Saturday showed up @0900 to start . Did do a good job cleaned up, after completed job. Also had to ask for discount that was not offered before pricing got discount .

Their customer service sucks, not very forth coming when trying to get them to respond to small issues, glad it is not a big job.

If you are installing a new roof, be present and watch them. I stopped one from covering old wood with tar paper where my leak was.Then got to the end of project they told me they were going to cut wood short of a complete roof on my split level of the roof. One roofer stepped through my ceiling that was an unnecessary repair.So be present they sublet work to other roofing companies and do not have anyone present during your install to make sure the job is complete.A complete roof does not mean cut wood short at the split level. I made them take out all my rotten wood. Not a good day for me. Overall C for tbe workers at my house. If I wasn't present they would have to replace more than a ceiling.

They installed a new roof in 1 day! Great work!!!! Will definitely recommend them to my friends and colleagues.

They did not do work in timely matter. Unprofessional crew and left trash and nails in the yard. Response time was very poor.

Ruben was wonderful to work with and always responsive. But trying to go through the office was less than satisfactory, as messages never seemed to get passed on. I had my roof replaced and my deck removed and replaced by a patio with a pergola. Ruben was great in giving me ideas for how to cover the patio, and the work they did looks fantastic. I am 100% satisfied with the roof, patio and pergola. The reason I lowered my overall rating was because the crews they used to do the work were not very respectful of my property. I had to clean up a lot of nails and other debris they left in the yard. And the cement company drove their truck onto the lawn I specifically instructed them to stay off, leaving 6"-8" ruts in my yard. They did come out and did their best to fill them in and re-sod the areas, but you can still see the "waves" in the yard. They also cleaned their brushes on my fence and used a corner of my yard as a cleaning area for their painting equipment, leaving paint on my decorative grass, the fence, and the flower beds in the area. Again, they came out and did a good job cleaning the fence, grass and ground, but it never should have happened. Lastly, even after repeatedly asking they use only the west gate to enter my backyard, as I had recently re-sodded areas of the east yard, they continually used the east gate to access the yard, tramping out some of the areas I had re-sodded. Only after a lot of work have I been able to almost restore the areas.

This company hires out their work to sub contractors who are not at all professional, just cheap.
