We re supposed to get two coats barely got one left paint bucket at my house left clothing at my house left splatter all over the bathroom, Update 2/11 - Certa Pro Painter sub-contractor did come back to complete the job and also was supervised by Certa Pro which I appreciated.

They will hAve to do the work before I can rate them.we are waiting for a date to start painting.

Jake came out gave me a quote I called him and told him I was ready to start as the weather was warmer. i was told yhat they would be in touch with me ref. To a start date. A week later iM still waiting. I called again to inquire about someone calling me back ref. To a start date. Was told they would call me back. And I’m still waiting. Not sure if I want them painting my house i cant even get anyone to tell me when they can start . So I am going to start looking for another company

Scott did a great job in getting us our quote and getting the job done. He was at our house the final day and did a walk through with us. We noted some small items that needed touch up and he said to make note of anything we saw wrong and they would fix it. The crew did a great job. We need some small touch ups but they did a huge amount of great work in 3 days. Highly recommend them!

They were very friendly and did whatever we wanted them to do.

The customer service that I received from Scott and Jake were excellent. Unfortunately, that was not an indicator of the quality of the job I recieved. The paint job was rushed and there were many missed or poorly painted areas that had to be retouched. Even after the second trip, I discovered more missed areas. The most disappointing areas were the gutters, downspout and windows. Some of the windows that were supposed to be painted were not painted or even wiped down on top. The owner (Scott) guarantees your satisfaction before you pay a dime, but after two trips I was tired of dealing with it. My wife also spent most of every day reminding the painters to culk gaps and wipe the dirt off before they painted (like the brochure says they will do). I cannot recommend these painters to anyone who expects a good job that is done correctly the first time.

Very professional estimate process and on time start. Crew was responsive to our desires and did an excellent job.

The best painter for the money.

I was so pleased to have hired CertaPro. They identified the reason my paint of two-yrs was failing. They contacted the paint company and got free paint for the job. Had I not hired them, I would have had to pay for paint and their service. Yes I would hire them again if needed. They are very knowledgeable and professional.
