Webb has detailed our cars several times over the past two years. Our cars look brand new when he's finishedp inside and out. Great customer service!! We use him exclusively now.

Webb arranged my appointment almost immediately. Because I had 2 vehicles he brought along a helper. They did an outstanding job on both vehicles and were very responsive to my requests. I added a hand wax on one vehicle at the last minute. I plan to use Webb again when the need arises. Give him a try and I believe you'll be pleased as well.

I had to call and leave a message when I called for an appointment. I received a call back the next day. He was explained why he couldn’t make it to my home. He did try to work something out but I was more interested in the company coming to my home due to my schedule. He was nice but it just didn’t work out this time.

While this included a $99 coupon for services that would usually run $150 by themselves (interior, exterior, shampoo, detailing) I added a coat of wax to the service. I have washed my car by hand maybe 3 times and only used exterior car washes since I bought it 4 years ago. Needless to say, it was in rough shape. When Marcus was finished with my car, it looks like I just purchased it from a dealer. He was very professional, called me back within a business day when I left a voice mail to set an appt, and was right on time for our appt. He even supplied his own water source. I will use them again in the future and highly recommend to get your car looking like new!

Well. Does good work..have used twice now

They were very responsive and punctual. Their equipment is self-contained, so very convenient. The problem was that they charged me full price when they did not get the roofs of the trailers. I noticed later that it was not done. There was a problem with loose paint that they did not tell me about. I found where the paint had been stripped off and had to ask them about it. To their credit, they promised to come back and finish cleaning the trailers.

Contacted me the day of work. Came on time. Had me inspect after work was completed.

The Webb's personnel were prompt, experienced, and did a great job of cleaning and detailing our car. We were very pleased with every part of the experience. I work at home, and since my husband doesn't drive any more, we sometimes have difficulty scheduling necessary jobs such as keeping the car clean and looking good. What a relief to have someone come to our house and do the job!

Arrived as promised and quickly got to work. Did excellent work and car looked great. My wife happened to look out second story window and couldn't believe the level of detail that was being done to the car. Enough said.

They were very polite, pleasant, and prompt. I'm very satisfied with their work and I would hire them again.

Went very well, called me twice to confirm appointment, showed up on time, cleaned vehicle interior, washed and waxed vehicle, decided to get an additional paste wax and rubbing compound. Very satisfied.

see above - called Angie's list and was told they would see if any other provider would honor the "BIG DEAL" and get back to me. Also told me if they could not find another provider they would refund the $99 paid. I received an e-mail from Angie tell me they could not find another service provider --- - - - I'm still waiting for the refund!

I had a $99. detailing coupon from Angie's List. I called them to make an appointment. I had to leave a message, but they called me back within a few hours. They were 5 minutes early for the appointment and proceeded to do an excellent job of detailing my car; totally cleaning it inside and out. They even cleaned the ridged part of the automatic gear shift, where dirt had gotten wedged in the ridges. They completely cleaned and vacuumed every surface, including the trunk. I was extremely pleased! Thank you guys, for prompt, professional and excellent service!!

I was looking for a good mobile detailing service to freshen up my Tahoe. To my dismay, I could not find any providers nearby with reviews (good or bad) from Angie's List or Google. So I had to leave it up to chance. I sent out a few emails to detailers in my area to see who would respond promptly. I got a reply within an hour from Marcus Webb, owner of Webb's Mobile Wash & Detail, an email from his mobile phone. From that point on it was a pleasant experience. Marcus emailed me to confirm the appointment, and called before he arrived. His van and trailer was very well equipped, and he used 'green' environmentally friendly products. He spent over 3 hours getting every nook and cranny cleaned and detailed. On a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being cleanest) he took my interior from an 8 to a 2. I was very impressed. I will definitely be using Marus again, and would not hesitate to recommend him. Thanks again Marcus!

I purchased a living social coupon for this service and called prior to expiration of the coupon. Because of their schedule, they stated they could not do the work prior to expiration and would therefore charge me an additional $30. The man who took my call was extremely rude. Would never use again.
