Webb's Wet or Waterless Mobile Wash & Detail

We had tried removing the sap spots ourselves without much luck, which led us to look for someone with expertise in auto detailing. Specifically, we were looking for someone that could come to us and Marcus was able to put us on his schedule with short notice. Marcus was prompt and extremely professional and courteous. After taking a look at the car he provided us with a quote for the work and after our approval he proceeded. He and his assistant took the time to do the job properly and we could not be more impressed with the final result. My fiancee's car looks better than the day that we bought it. I can't emphasize enough how pleased we are with the service and results that we received. The paint is super clean and very smooth to the touch. I would highly recommend Webb's Mobile Detailing Service to anyone looking to have cleaning or detail work done to their car. I am looking forward to having them clean my car up in the future!

Marcus is amazing! He responded immediately to my query to schedule an appointment at my place of business -- which is so convenient. I've done Carolina Auto Spa and Bunky's and to get full-service detailing is such a hassle because I have to have my husband follow me there, then leave the car for hours, etc. Marcus arrived on time and proceeded to work for the next three hours removing stains and built-on gunk that I haven't been able to clean off going through automated car washes. My car is absolutely spotless, inside and out. Marcus is reliable, does fantastic work and is very competitively priced. I would highly recommend his services.

Mr. Webb was courteous,professional and friendly. The car looks as good as when it was purchased. I have paid more for the same service with poor results. Mr Webb puts "detail" into his work. He earned his money and I was happy to pay.

Webb's wash and detail service is stupendous. They showed up at 9:15AM for a 9:30AM appointment. Very punctual. The guys were very courteous and got their setup done quickly. They started asking how I wanted to car cleaned. I showed them a nasty spill in the car trunk that they said they'd try to take care of. They cleaned the car up so well that it looks brand new. They paid attention to details like cleaning the windows edges as well. They even took care of a couple of stains on the rear seat and somehow, magically cleaned the mess in the trunk too. I was pleasantly surprised. I didn't expect them to take care of it but that was just brilliant. I would recommend Webb's mobile wash/detail service to everyone. If you like your car and want to have it looking new again, give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

Everything worked out fine. He called me right away. It was convenient. He came to where I work and he did it in the parking lot, so that was pretty convenient.

They were great. They did a very thorough job and paid attention to detail. He also put extra focus on the leather on the interior to help it look as new as possible.

I was giving my car to my granddaughter. I wanted it to look good, despite it being a 12 year old car. I was not disappointed! He arrived promptly and started right to work. He worked for about 2 hours. The car was cleaned and polished from top to bottom, inside and out. I was extremely pleased with his work and his professionalism. The service was worth the price and I would definitely use this service again and highly recommend it to others.

I've used Webbs in the past and been very satisfied so when I say the Angie's big deal I took it. I called and left a message about scheduling and was called back the same day. I was called the morning of the appointment to confirm and was asked if they could come a little early. They arrived about 15 minutes early and began work immediately. The detailing took about 90 minutes and the care looked amazing. He did charge a little extra for pet hair but had discussed it with me beforehand and got my approval. I will definitively use Webbs again.

I got this through a Big Deal and probably would never have thought about using a mobile service otherwise. But the service was excellent, as well as extremely convenient. Within a few hours of calling to set up an appointment, we were contacted to schedule the date/time. We were told that They would arrive between 9-9:30 to start the service. On the day of the service, Webb contacted us to say that they would arrive closer to 9:30. We appreciated them letting us know. The gentleman arrived right on time, was very professional and polite, and worked very hard for several hours. The van was a mess from transporting kids etc around and hadn't been properly cleaned on the inside for a long time. Now it looks (and smells!!) amazing. I cannot imagine getting a more thorough or professional detailing anywhere. I just called to schedule the same service for the family car!

professional from start to finish, the car looks new, and was done pretty quickly because Marshall and his team get to work, and know what they are doing. I have no worries having them work on my cars, and if I had to step out briefly I would not be the slightest bit concerned. Great to find people who are honest, fair priced, and are passionate about the work they do.

I would recommend his services and will use him again in the future if I need to! It went exceptionally well. Very professional. Excellent work and very complete. Carpet, mats, leather and trunk done completely. I was very satisfied.

Webb arrived promptly and immediately went to work. Job particulars were discussed and any options explained. Upon final inspection, overlooked areas were immediately corrected. This was my first experience with mobile detailers and his while the price seemed high, it was in line with or cheaper than other local companies. I will probably use Webb again when in need of this type service.

The young man showed up early (called first) and worked like a fiend. He was very professional, friendly and proud of his work. He brought his two young kids along, who were perfect angels and entertained themselves...ultimately helping Dad dry the car. I don't remember the details, but I think he came from Durham, so we were out of his normal range resulting in a little up-charge, which he told me about ahead of time. Also, there's a bit of an up-charge for a mini-van, but this fellow worked steadily for three hours in the blazing sun, so I felt the price was fair. He's a good guy and a great worker and did an excellent job. I recommend him highly.

DID AN AMAZING JOB ON THE INTERIOR LEATHER AND CARPET

Results were great! Web arrived on time for the full detail service at my house. This car had issues with scratches and wax on black plastic parts. When he was done, the car looked like it just came from the showroom. There were some deeper scratches that will require some more work when he returns to detail our other car. The interior was like new after he was done. The tires had a shine and that has lasted a week so far. Web called to make sure I was happy and to follow up on a strategy for the deeper scratches. I will use his service again and will recommend him to my friends and neighbors. UPDATE: The results were just as good on our second car and he virtually erased the scratches on the first car during this visit. Highly recommended and will use his service again.
