Oak City was pleasure to work with. I set everything up via email and any schedule changes were promptly communicated. A uniformed employee arrived right on time and got right to work, working all by himself moving ladders and doing all the work I requested. I was amazed at how quickly, neatly and throughly all the work was done! The house had been neglected and he took years of age and grime off of it in just a few hours. The invoice was emailed an online payment was an option which made things even more convenient. Will definitely call Oak City Home Services again!

Contacted them on an Angie's List "deal" for gutter washing, and added the siding and window washing to it. They came and made a full estimate; came on the agreed-on date and did the work, and the bill was what they estimated. Work was at a level of quality we expected.

Mike was in constant contact with me prior to the scheduled date of service. He showed up on time and explained their process and methods used. He got to work, did an excellent job and cleaned up after the work was done. I will definitely use them again!

It was fine. I wish there had been more communication. I did a lot of can you tell me when you're coming and around what time because I wanted that information. It was more general on his behalf on when he could come. I'm someone who like the details. I want to be home. There are some people who don't care but this is just my preference. He did a good job I guess. I thought it was kinda pricey. Just one guy came to perform service. It was hard to say if he cleaned up after themselves.

It was fine. I wish they had established communication. I spent a lot of the time initiating communication asking can you tell me when you are coming, around what time. I wanted that information that was more general on his behalf I'm someone that likes the details I want to be home. There are people that don't care but that was my purpose. He did a good job I guess. It was kind of pricey. I think it was just one person that came.

It was really easy to set up the time of our appointment with the team. They were quick to reach out to us via email after we bought the offer through Angie's List. I had a couple of questions about the package and what the service entailed and was able to converse with Michael over email quickly before the appointment to know what to expect. When the technician arrived, he was actually 20 minutes early! He then finished quickly and walked us through what he had cleaned and where things had been bad. The debris had also been blended into natural areas and was not noticeable. Michael also checked in with us after the service to make sure everything had been done well. We were really pleased with the service overall.

It went very well. Oak City Home Services came out and gave me an estimate promptly. They not only cleaned the gutters, but also pulled poison ivy vines off the side of my house. I wasn't expecting that; it was a pleasant surprise. They followed up to see if I was satisfied with their work. I was!

One word. Outstanding!!!!!! Michael is extremely friendly and very professional. The work performed was great. I know, most may think, it was just gutter cleaning. I have had my gutters cleaned for the last 12 years and whomever does it always leaves a big mess that I have to clean up. Not Oak City Home Services.

It worked out fine. I wasn't there, we couldn't. We had to keep changing the dates for when they were going to come. I wanted to be present because I wanted to see them actually do the work, because I can't tell that they did all the work unless I witness them do the work. There are certain areas I can't reach myself on the gutters. They left the area very clean.
