Ms. [Member Name Removed] I understand your frustration, however this review is very misleading. We did miss your first message, however upon your follow up we quickly got you scheduled. It rained most of the afternoon of December 14 in your area and, as I expressed while scheduling this service for you, gutter cleaning is a weather dependent service. I emailed you, and everyone else scheduled that afternoon, that evening that we would be rescheduling for Wednesday. No other client expressed any issues with this. You emailed back and said, "Hi Michael. I understand about the weather. My husband prefers to be home during your service. We will be home Friday and all of next week. At this point the leaves are not going anywhere and the accumulation has stopped so anytime Friday or after is fine." I emailed you back saying, "I completely understand that, and would like to accommodate his availability. However, I have time sensitive services scheduled for this Friday and Saturday, and will be going out of town for the holidays starting on Sunday. My next availability after that will be the first week of January. I know that is a long wait, but would that work for you guys?" It is also important to remember that I told you while scheduling your service that no one needed to be home for the service to be completed. I cannot burn a whole day of clients because it rained on your scheduled day, and the rescheduled day does not work for your husband to be home even though he doesn't even need to be. Further, the work I have scheduled during that time was scheduled far in advance of your Angie's List purchase. It is not that any one person is a higher priority, but that what is scheduled during that time is time sensitive. Those clients expressed that it was time sensitive when they scheduled, but you did not. -Michael Hall
