Well, thorough, as promised. I would use this contractor again.

I wanted to swap Gutter cleaning services (which I do not and did not need) for cleaning of more windows. I was told this was not permitted. Since I did not want to pay the price just for 12 windows the service provider suggested I apply for a refund.

It worked out very well. They were easy to work with. The tech made good decisions about the gutters because we had a squirrels nest in one of them.

Wonderful. Michael was prompt, presented himself well and performed all needed services in a professional manner. He cleaned up all the lint he extracted from the vent. He advised us on caring for the dryer vent and set us up for an annual check and cleaning. At the conclusion of the work, he sent us an electronic invoice and a link to a secure payment site for our credit card. We also received a very reasonable quote for window cleaning and he will perform this work in early December. More later. Michael is a recent graduate from UNC and has used his education to develop a customer-focused business model based on professional services supported by current technology. We will use him again and recommend his company very highly.

The company contacted me today and stated that I was outside of their service area. The deal was exactly what I was looking for but I wasn't in the correct area.

Very nice and professional. I paid to have 15 windows cleaned but he cleaned a couple of other windows for free. The windows are beautiful. Highly recommended!

The provider communicated quickly, scheduled a time for gutter cleaning, and this was delayed by rain. The appointment was quickly rescheduled. They arrived on time, and thoroughly cleaned the gutters. Pine straw cleaned out was spread out in the flower beds and walks, drive were cleaned. I would highly recommend this company. I plan on using them on a regular basis and have set up a schedule for cleaning. This is soooo much better than my previous experience with leaf filter extimate and the high cost associated with the product. Regular, routine cleaning is my choice.

Cleaning was postponed due to rain, but I was notified immediately of the change. They did a great job and cleaned everything up when done.

After using Window Gang for years I have now found a much better service. Gutters and downspouts were completely cleaned out. The best Window Gang would do was a quick blow out of them and they were gone in about 5 minutes. They never cleaned a downspout once! Windows are wonderfully clean and dryer vent is clear. Would highly recommend Michael Hall and Oak City. Thanks.

The work went very well. I have a lot of windows - didn't realize how many until I decided to clean them. I quickly realized that a professional cleaner was the way to go. My house is in a hilly area so the 2nd floor windows are quite far off the ground. He called before arriving so I was prepared. Before he arrived, we exchanged emails so the charges and scope of work were all agreed. There were no surprise fees or additional charges at the end of the day. Oak City did a very thorough job, even cleaned the inside of the window sills. He removed all the screens and I asked that he not replace them as I would clean them myself. Just cleaning and replacing all the screens made me appreciate Oak City's work even more. The windows are so shiny and clean. The gutters are set for the window. I will use Oak City again to have the house pressure washed in the spring and look over the gutters.

We were told by power washing service that our gutters were in need of cleaning. I contacted Oak City Home Services and received a prompt reply and appointment. They showed up on time, introduced themselves and explained what they would be doing. I asked them to see if any areas of fascia or gutters needed repair and they inspected everything and explained in detail areas that needed attention. They were very professional and friendly and did this for a great price. I highly recommend Oak City Home Services!

I had a great experience with them. After I requested for the service, we set up the day they would come and they were there on time. They did a great job and explained everything the did and what they found. I would use them again.

We were pleased that the job was completed in a timely and efficient manner. The worker arrived to let us know he was there to do the work and told us when he was finished. I would definitely use them again.

Great! Mr. Hall responded the day after I purchased the deal. The technician arrived promptly, was professional, and completed the agreed upon service. I didn't remember that cleaning off any debris on the roof was part of the deal, but I was pleasantly surprised. I would use this company again without hesitation.

Def. worth it, as my gutters were clogged. They cleaned them very well and I hired them to clean the dryer vent as well which helped because it was totally clogged too.

We could not have been more pleased with the service performed by Michael Hall. Not only did he clean out the dryer vent from the exterior (where air blows out), but he came inside, removed the hose connection, made sure there was not any blockage, and cleaned the back of the dryer as well. Wow!!! While the quality of the service was top notch, the personal interaction was outstanding as well. Following the service, we received an invoice for the work performed via email. At our request, Michael provided us estimates for window cleaning and gutter cleaning (via a follow-up email). Overall, a great experience!!!

The service was on time it was fast and it was good

It went well; completed within 1 hour and cleaned up any debris on the ground resulting from the service.

We got an Angie's List deal and Michael Hall was very responsive in all aspects. He scheduled with me quickly. They ended up having an opening in our area earlier than we scheduled so they got us in earlier. They did a great job, left a paid invoice so I know that they showed up, and then even followed up to make sure we were happy. We are very happy with their services and would definitely hire them again.

Michael Hall showed up exactly when he said he would got to work right away. he was meticulous and caring and was completely thoughtful about cleaning up after the job was done. no debris around the house at all. Really nice guy!

I purchased a "deal" through Angie's list. I heard from Oak City Home Services within an hour. The appointment was set up for the next day. They responded to my email questions promptly and sent me before and after pics of my gutters. Great service!!
