Contact from Oak City was fast. Scheduled over Angies List email. Arrived on time, did service, cleaned up after. Talked about services offered by Oak City. Very professional.

I was very impressed with the efficiency and easy going attitude. He did a little extra cleaning up after getting the leaves off the roof, which I really appreciated.

There were scheduling issues and we were going to be out of town on the dates that they would be available to actually do the service, so we had to cancel and contact Angie's List for refund. They were very nice and professional over the phone and I would consider using them in the future.

Purchased Angie's List Big Deal Coupon for Gutter Cleaning Services. No problems scheduling appointment. I contacted the company the morning of the scheduled service and reminded them that I would not be home at the time of service and asked them to lock the back gate when the service was completed. I was told they were running behind on schedule but would be out to service the home later that day. I returned home to find the gutters had been cleaned but the debris from the job had not been cleaned up and my back fence was not locked as I asked, I spent another 40 minutes outside my home cleaning up the pine straw/leaves that had been left. They did perform the gutter service but not the clean up as expected. I indicated I would not work with this company in the future; however, I might consider it, provided I am able to be at my home to supervise the services performed.

Wish they would have covered the shrubs before blowing out the gutters.

Michael contacted me immediately to schedule the requested service and setting up a time was painless. He arrived on time and was incredibly polite and professional. He did a thorough cleaning job and left his work areas cleaner than when he arrived. My husband checked out the gutters and said they were spotless. We could not have been more pleased.

Michael promptly emailed me and arranged a service date. He let me know I didn't have to be home for the service, and I could pay with a credit card via an electronic invoice. There was no mess in the yard after the gutter cleaning, everything was cleaned up very well. I asked Michael how the service call went and he gave me a detailed explanation of which gutters had the most debris. He also provided me useful information about their gutter maintenance plan. Michael responded very quickly to my initial email purchase of the Angies List deal to clean my gutters for $59. He was able to accommodate my first requested date for the morning. He arrived at my house at 8:30am, ready to go to work. He was professional and polite and I felt very confident that he knew what he was doing. Within a hour he had completed the work, the gutters looked great, no more leaves hanging out of them. The area all around the house was cleaned up showing no evidence that he was there at all. He also pointed out an area where the roof tile was bent, he fixed the time and told me to kepp an eye on it. I was very happy with the service and would recommend this service to anyone, and I will use them again.

They arrived and did not have a ladder long enough to reach the second story gutter. They should not be offering gutter cleaning if they cannot do a 2 story home as described in the offer!!!

Everything went very well. They contacted us shortly after purchasing through Angie's List. We set up a date of our choice, and they were very flexible with their availability. They did an excellent job on the gutters and nicely blew off the patio, driveway and walkway after cleaning out the gutters. Wonderful job!

All went as planned! I wasn't home when they came, but when I returned the job was done to my satisfaction. I could immediately tell that the gutters were free of leaves, but was pleasantly surprised with the cleanup on the driveway and areas around the house. This company responded quickly and was prompt and very reasonably priced. I will recommend them to other neighbors!

I purchased the Big Deal: gutter cleaning for $59 from Oak City Home Services. They were very responsive and polite. When they saw my address, they very kindly told me that my address is not in their service area, and gave me the names of 2 providers who do service the area where I live.

Oak City Services did a great job on my gutters. They were great about honoring the Angie's List deal despite being outside of their normal service area. They also came twice since my gutters were frozen on the first trip.

The gutters hadn't been cleaned in approximately 2 years, so they were quite full. Michael, cleaned gutters and cleaned the area up within 40 minutes. I was very pleased with the service provided and will use Oak City again.
