Person arrived on time and performed an excellent job of cleaning the gutters and completely cleaning up all debris afterwards. They pointed out an area of rot at one point on the roof which had not been noticeable until he showed me. Very personable and professional. Would certainly recommend their services.

Michael with Oak City has been a pleasure to deal with. Communicates schedule changes well - his business is at the mercy of the weather so it can be a challenge to schedule but he always keeps me updated.

Oak City personnel: 1. kept in touch to schedule a convenient, non-rainy day to complete the work stated above; 2. arrived promptly, as scheduled; 3. had everything necessary to complete the work; 4. completed the work in a timely manner; 5. were neat, clean, and professional.

What we thought we needed was a simple vent cleaning, but actually it was far beyond what Oak City could do for us. He told us to apply for a full refund directly from Angie's List & was very personable & professional. We were very pleased with him, and would use him for any other services he renders and recommend him to others.

I purchased "big deal" from Oak City for a gutter cleaning. We emailed each other and found a date that would work. Later I was notified by Angie's List that this same seller had a Big Deal for about $30 cheaper for the same service. I sent him an email asking if I could purchase the newer Big Deal and save myself a little money. Maybe not so interestingly he send me an response after the cheaper Big Deal has expired basically saying he couldn't do that. Well, ok. He comes on the day he said he would but no call to let me know, in general, when and no follow-up reminder email. That's fine but many other service providers that I consider very good do this so when they don't I count that in the 'C' range for a score. He does the gutter cleaning and it takes about 30 minutes. He's a nice guy and he seems friendly. When he's finished he says he's going to charge me another $15 b/c my house is larger than the Big Deal allows. I'm incredulous b/c after the earlier email exchange about the better much cheaper deal he's going to charge me more. Unbelievable. He does end up sending me an invoice for $15. So much for wanting to keep my business. I would not use these folks again. There are many good service providers out there that do gutter cleaning cheaper and are far better w/regard to the things this guy apparently doesn't do.

Used gutter cleaning coupon. Communicated with Michael by e-mail and set up date. He came out and did a great job, and used his power blower on the deck, front steps, and driveway to clean up any stray debris.

Very well. Very accommodating to change in schedule due to other construction being performed. Pleasant, well-mannered.

He arrived late because of icing that morning but arrived and did the job thoroughly. He even let us borrow his ladder to put up a clock in our high ceiling living room. We also got a quote on cleaning windows but it seams high so we'll keep shopping.

I purchased the service via an Angie's List coupon. He contacted me very promptly and had no problem with me waiting a couple months to use my coupon. When I contacted him again to schedule, he was very responsive. It rained the day they were scheduled to come out, but he contacted me via email to let me know and to reschedule. They did a terrific job and cleaned all the leaves off my driveway and walkway as well as cleaning the gutters. I was very pleased with their service and would use them again.
