Oak City did an outstanding job, I did not even know they were here. The job was neat and well done.

This was my 2nd year in a row using Oak City Home to do leaf/debris removal for my home. I used the Angie's List Deal that they have for members. Great communication and seems the work is done when they say it will be. Will most likely continue to use them on a yearly basis.

Arrived when scheduled and cleaned up the area after the cleaning. I'll be using again.

They did a fantastic job - our house looks like new and I didn't expect the windows to be pressure cleaned so that was a nice surprise. I've used them in the past and will use them again in the future.

It was fine. They were here last week because I cancelled a few times due to weather.

Bust time of the year so I had to wait a bit but it was worth the wait. he did a great job. Very professional.

The details, every scheduled appointment was followed up with an excuse and a re-schedule. Last re-schedule was April 11th, no show and no email. I have not heard from them since the email of April 8th, stating they would be there on the 11th. After 2 more emails I received a phone call, amazing, someone actually phoned a person to person communication. That is a rare thing. Although he really didn't seem too concerned about whether he satisfied me or not, saying that through Angies list he only made about $30, and that he had over 600 happy customers, so I would make no difference. I said either service me today or give me a refund. He agreed to service me and it was provided that day. The job was completed to my satisfaction, I felt they did a really nice job. I would not use them again due to appointment scheduling. Assuming people constantly read emails for information regarding service assumes the general public operates their personal life as a business. I don't ..I don't conduct my every day affairs with emails. I expect appointments to be kept, or notice given in advance. Once appointments get cancelled over and over my patience runs out.

He missed a couple of spots. I would use them again, but I would check everything.

Provider missed the first scheduled appointment w/ no contact, said that he/she thought that an email was sent but it wasn't. To their credit, they were quick to reschedule the appointment for the following Tuesday... but then showed up on Monday instead. It's not the end of the world - gutter cleaning is something that can be done when I'm not home - but I didn't lock up my dog, and would have rather gotten some kind of notice that they were going to pick a different date rather than just showing up with no call/email. The actual service quality was fine - met expectations for the price point - the only issues were with the scheduling / responsiveness / punctuality.

Never showed up, never called.

Arrived while I wasn't home and performed service. No issues.

Tech was on-time, super communicative via email and phone. I highly recommend him. He was on-site for an hour, did a visual inspection and cleaned my gutters. He was very detail oriented, even went as far as to use a leaf blower to blow the debris from my gutters off the lawn. Very impressed and glad to have received top notch service.

What a great experience! Not only was the job performed with excellence, professionalism and courtesy but my dryer works super. I am very pleased with Oak City Homes and will certainly recommend them and use them again.

Mike was professional, showed me what came out of the dryer vent, and gave me tips on what to look for in the future. My dryer vent is on roof, so it is pretty hard to get it. Also had to cancel an additional service last minute, and he was very accommodating. I appreciate his willingness to work with me and his graciousness. Will be doing business with him again in the future.

The gutters were cleaned quickly and without a mess. We originally were going to have the house pressure washed the same day, but we had a pipe burst inside the house and had a water mitigation team doing some tear out and running fans and dehumidifiers. The worker from Oak City suggested that we wait a few weeks for the pressure washing until the pollen was over and because of everything else that was happening that day. Oak City was gracious and didn't charge an fee for the cancelled service.

Excellent job, gutters were cleaned and all debris was removed.
