We have a ton of trees around and I think the cruddy painter we used painted with inferior paint. So, we to get the house pressure washed two to three times a YEAR. I've used Michael at Oak City a couple times now. He and his team are courteous and do a great job. I think his gutter cleaning charge is a bit high, but his pressure washing charge is fair.

They did a great job! Michael was very communicative regarding date and time the service would take place. He called to explain to me what he did regarding the service.

Michael arrived promptly at the appointed time. He was very courteous and friendly. He began cleaning my dryer vent right away. He encountered some problems because the vent hose had disconnected from the dryer. He fixed that problem and resumed cleaning the vent. Another problem presented itself. A connection in the piping that ran from the dryer to the outside vent had separated. Michael fixed that problem, too. Moreover, my outside vent had partially dislodged from the wall. Michael got some caulking and fixed that, too. I couldn't have asked for better service. I did pay a little extra for the work done in the crawl space, but it was well worth it! It's amazing how much lint collects in the dryer vent! I would definitely hire Oak City Home Services again.

They came on time, were efficient and did an excellent job. They gave good advice and I felt they were trustworthy. I would highly recommend them and I would use them again.

Provider contacted me and scheduled quickly, rescheduled because of weather. Cleanout went quickly and well. Provider provided feedback that vent was in good condition (I had tried to clean it out myself a couple of weeks previously).

The technician showed up at 9:25 for a 9:00 appointment, when I had made it very clear that I had to leave by 9:30. He called at 8:45 to let me know he would be there in about 25 minutes. Luckily I had a friend in town who could stay to have the work done. The job was done quickly and efficiently, and he removed a bird nest that was in the vent, so it was definitely needed. I would hire again but only knowing that I had time or coverage in case he wasn't able to be there at the scheduled time.

I bought a new washer and dryer but was having some trouble with the dryer. It turned out the dryer vent that runs under my home was clogged. I purchased this deal and he let me know immediately it would be 3 weeks before he could come out because he was very busy. It wasn't ideal but I appreciated his honesty and he stayed in touch by email. He got here and it took less than an hour and everything is working good now.

Michael from Triangle Home Detailing reached out to me immediately after booking the Angie's list request and scheduled an appointment at my address for ~3 weeks in the future. All was set, and the scheduled date came and went with no notification and no show on the scheduled day. There were no weather issues on the scheduled day, so I would have expected some type of notification that the appointment would be missed. Completely blowing off an appointment without any notice whatsoever is extremely unprofessional. I would have been happy to reschedule if needed, had I just been contacted. Would not recommend. Waited 3 weeks for appointment to come around, gutters still clogged.

They did an excellent job and didn't even charge us the extra $30 for the gutter guard removal because all the debris was on top of the gutter guards.

The vinyl siding on my home was extremely dirty with grime and mildew. I was extremely happy with the pressure wash job. I would rate this service extremely high and recommend Oak City Home Services based upon this job.

Perfectly. Mr. Hall sent me an email after I purchased the coupon and we spoke on the phone before he came out, so I could understand if there were additional charges for being 3 stories and having a sloped lot. He carefully explained his policies and we set up a time for him to come out to complete the service. Mr. Hall showed up and completed the work as discussed. We'll definitely use his services again.
