They did a good job and I have used them 3 times now. I would highly recommend them.

Service provided was very good. Originally scheduled for Monday but needed to be pushed back to Tuesday because of a full schedule.

Oak City was great. The technician noticed an issue with our roof cap while cleaning the gutters - they sent pictures to let us know about the issue and a recommendation for someone who could fix it.

Overall, the job was done okay. They did not clean my porch area which made it seemed as if they did not power wash at all and left a muddy mess on my deck. Again, these things made it almost pointless for the job of pressure washing my house. It was definitely rushed and no attention to details.

The windows look great!. The business owner contacted me the day after I purchased an Angie's List deal, and after some shifting because of weather, we were able to get it scheduled quickly. The one drawback -- and it was the only one -- was that the window washer arrived two hours past schedule without a call to say he was running behind. Once he arrived, he quickly got to work, cleaning windows that were in dire need of a wash, especially on the outside. They look terrific, and I would hire again.

They were courteous, responsive, the work was good, and the price was right. What else is there to say? Mike was the rep that I interacted with over email and phone. We had to reschedule a couple of times due to the weather. Hector was the guy who did the windows, inside and out, and he did a great job.

Received call at 4:30 pm that day that would not be able to come out because of delays at customers before me. I'm not going to reward that type of customer service so I told him not to reschedule and that he would get an F rating from me on Angie's List.

They were very responsive by telephone. I obtained several estimates and they were the lowest. Excellent job.

I would have liked my screens taken down and washed and put back up and the ledges on the outside on the windows because it had cobwebs on it. I wished that could have been done. I think the price is overrated. I just thought I should have gotten more than what I got. The windows are clean but one or two windows, for whatever reason, he washed the windows but it's like a stain on the windows as well and he tried to put that on the weather. He called if he was running a little bit behind. If I did use them again, I would request more than what I got. Their work is average. This was my first time using them.

They were great! The company responded quickly to my requested dates and worked with me on scheduling. Showed up within the hours stated and the roof and gutters have never looked better!

Not very well. I made the appointments took the day off to have this service and our garage door opener serviced. When the guy from Oak City did not show up that morning, I called and the man I spoke with said he had evidently written it down on the wrong calendar. He did say he was sorry but did not offer to send someone out. Since I had to take a day off, I did not reschedule. Have yet to see a refund. This will probably be my last experience with Angie's List.

He did a great job! I also have used him for dryer vent vcleaning. He did the job while I was away, which we scheduled it that way. When I came home and it all looked great and there was no debris on the ground from the gutters or anything. I thought he did a really good job. He kept contact with me and very professional. He always got back to my emails very quickly.

It went okay. I had no issues with that. I was very satisfied. He was great in communicating with the email after I purchased the service and then I used email to set up the appointment and he came at the appointment time. They are really professional and they are on time. They are even honest to tell me that I can do it myself next time.
