Very nice dealership and facility. They have multiple waiting rooms, water, soft drinks, coffee, TV etc.
The car was ready in less than 30 minutes with the inspection paperwork and ready to be taken to the DMV.
Right before I left, I discovered my passenger's shirt had some sort of insignia that seemed to adhere to one of the seats. I spoke with the service adviser and asked if the detailer can take care of this issue. 10 minutes later, the seat was clean and the stains were gone.

After happily dealing with a Lexus dealer in Charlotte for years, I was hesitant to start over after we moved here. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that Johnson Lexus of Durham is a superior dealership to what we had! From our sales associate, Arthur, sales manager Tom, finance manager, John, all the way to delivery specialists, Steve, my experience was absolutely top shelf!
When they couldn't find the exterior color and interior color for the model we wanted, they searched all over the east coast until they found exactly what we wanted. Most dealers try to talk you into buying from their inventory but Johnson Lexus is more interested my satisfying the customer. Even when we discussed pricing, they didn't try to inflate the price because the vehicle had to be transferred and after some discussion, we came to a price that made both sides happy.
When I came to pick up the vehicle, the delivery specialist spent almost 2 hours going over all the special equipment that makes a Lexus worth the price and made sure I understood I could call with any questions about operations (which is important to us over-60 types).
Start to finish, my experience with buying from Johnson Lexus of Durham was great. I have a new car home!
