They were prompt with the first couple visits, but weeks later, I'm still waiting for them to finish the remediation work they promised verbally to do. I can't get the sales rep to return my calls. I have to continually call and remind them to do what they promised to do. After repeated requests, I'm still waiting to get a copy of the contract I signed, which was conveniently whisked away by the sales rep as soon as I signed it. Wish I had thought to at least take a picture of it! They were extremely prompt in charging my credit card, however. They also began quarterly contracted services BEFORE they even finished the first round of remediation. The tech himself, Nixon, is extremely kind, prompt, and provides great service. As far as the rest of the team--the sales rep and the actual administration, wow. I'm rapidly losing trust in them and regretting my decision to go with this company.

My Home Paramount technician right on time. He was very professional in every sense of the word and performed our inspection in a very thorough manner and with a high attention to detail. Our technician was also very knowledgeable, courteous and wore he wore a protective face cover and protective shoe covers while in our home. I would look forward to our Technician returning again for our next visit. Well done.

Paramount always does a professional job. Vernon is our long-time service agent. He is very competent, friendly and accomodating. We are well pleased with the company and their representative.

The work was seamless; Home Paramount always does an excellent job and in fact installed padding in my attic to help reduce my heating bill around 2015.

Clean, professional. Nit the least expensive but ver reliable

We are long time Home Paramount customers and have been generally pleased with their basic service. We hired their wildlife removal team to trap and remove a woodchuck and then fill the hole in our yard. They placed the trap and said they would check it daily for 2 weeks. Close to the end of the second week, they closed the trap because there would not be anybody to check it over the weekend. They never came back. After a month of repeated phone calls, somebody came and took the trap, saying they would be back to fill the hole. They never came back. We were required to pay for this service up front. When I spoke with a customer representative after we had to fill the hole ourselves, they said somebody would be in touch about a reimbursement for at least part of the fee as they had failed to fulfill the terms of the contract. We have heard nothing since. We will never use this service again.

I have been a customer with Home Paramount for (I believe) for more than 10 years. HP takes care of our primary residence and our rental properties. My husband and I appreciate PEDRO very very much. He is prompt, very friendly and explains everything we need to know. Recently we are having problems with those spider crickets getting into the house from outside and Pedro took care to spray outside and inside. We thank him and HP for their longterm service to our family.

Felix was incredible. Very professional, explained everything, came on time, did a fantastic job. Home Paramount responded to my need the same day, within a short window. Felix killed the ants with a vengence, it was a pleasure doing business with him. He explained post-treatment details, and I have not had a problem since he was here. Also, Home Paramount gives a 90 day warranty on extermination services. Will certainly hire again if this problem ever comes back in the future.

I Was a former customer and now I am a returning customer. In the nearly three years I was not using a company, I never had a problem with any pests. That speaks volumes about their product. I want to thank the management of this company for allowing me to return and maintain the same options as before. Not only were they grateful I returned, the same representative who used to service my house is still with the company and is taking care of my home again. I was able to get an appointment within 48 hours. If you go with this company, I guarantee you will be pleased with the service and the company.

We have been Paramount customers for about 12-13 years and continue to love the service. When we first started they worked diligently to find the issue and came back every single time we saw another bug. After a few visits we had found every access point and sealed our house completely. When we moved, they came with us to our new home. Our tech Victor has always done an exemplary job, is friendly, funny, and knows his job well. We are very pleased with the service and have zero plans to change providers.

The technician left the back gate half open. We have 3 dogs and could have lost all 3 if I had not seen the gate open before the dogs. I managed to get them inside before they ran out.

Dave was our technician for this last visit, and he was great. He did a through job inside and outside. He was professional and effecient. He listened to me and adfressed my concerns.

He sprayed the inside and outside of my home. They also offer friendly reminders of when a treatment is needed again. I use them on a quarterly basis. The technician, Kevin, is awesome

I highly recommend them.They come when they are supposed to. They call ahead of time to let you know when they are coming because we do some interior spraying sometimes. I haven't had any problems with them. I have been using them for a couple of years. They are reasonable. They are professional and responsive. I will continue to use this service provider.

They are a national chain, but I used local affiliates. I have an annual contract and they come out quarterly and do spraying for pests and rodents and all that. I thankfully haven't ever had to bring them out to treat any infestations, but so far maybe it is because they are coming out that I haven't had any. I spend about $70 and they come out and do a quarterly service. I really like to be here when they do the service because I like them to do both the exterior and interior. It is one price if they just did the exteriors and is the same price if they did the interiors as well as the exteriors. They are really willing to work with me; we have too many shouters who like to get stuck in everybody's business and I have had no problems with them. They really go out of their way to spray areas where others wouldn't and even the products were safe for pets. When they are spraying, they make sure they don't accidently spray the dogs. I have a lockup attic and I have glue traps for mice and they make sure when they go up into it the dogs do not go with them because I did have an incident where the dog stepped on it. They were very gracious and helped me get the dog off the glue trap, which was much to the dog's satisfaction. They have good conversations with me. They have been very willing to work with my schedule to come out on days when I am home, so the interior and exterior can be done. If for whatever reasons my schedule changes or if I am not able to be home that day, they are there punctually and put up a sign saying that they were so sorry they missed me and will try to catch me the next time. They give me a call from the office and come out again to make sure we get the interiors and exteriors done, which is something that I want, which is phenomenal. I have heard and read that with other pest control companies, the person who comes out changes constantly, but with them, it has been the same guy for 4 years. He knows me and I know him and he probably knows as much about my family as I know about his and that is another nice thing. He remembers me when he comes in and asks me what the latest and greatest things are that I have going on.

I signed a contract with them in April for a whole year, and the price is about $81 every quarter. I know other people who have used other companies, and their price is about the same. It is always the same person that comes out, and I like him. He walks around the house to make sure that there are no entry points, and if there are, he will point them out to me. If he sees a problem, he will make suggestions to me. There has definitely been a decrease in the number of bugs. I like to be persistent and not just let them come out and treat my house. I believe that the information I give them is just as important as the information they give me. I would use them again in the future.

They schedule the appointments and come. They do the outside, and if I need them to do the inside, they'll come back. They do the work based on my schedule.
