Paint EZ of Lake Norman made my new home absolutely gorgeous with their attention to detail and wonderful painting. They were prompt and so professional. They also left my home spotless when the project was done. The paint color is absolutely gorgeous. Thank you again.

Painters led by Mario Roman were awesome. They did a fantastic job painting my home, and did a thorough clean upon completion. I would hire them again for any future painting job that mat come up. Fantastic crew.

They were professional, courteous and on time. They stayed socially distanced, kept the place clean, did a fantastic job and completed on schedule. I'm very happy with their work.

Overspray onto brick surfaces. Initially installed wrong siding. Poor prep of the wood. Paint peeling after 3 months. Warranty claim ignored for 14 months until HomeAdvisor intervened.

They did a very nice job, the people were friendly and kept the house as clean as they could given all the work that was going on. Thanks!

Jonathan explained the painting process and the type of paint that would be used. Estimate was higher than actual which saved me a few bucks. Painters were very professional and completed the work on time. Will use Emerald Pro again.

Joel painted the exterior of our house in one day. He was a very experienced painter. Johnathan did a great job of estimating and describing the value of EmeraldPro Painting.

My 30 year old house looks new again. Workers were polite, as unobtrusive as possible and worked together like a well oiled machine. A lot of my trim work had to be replaced and patched but you would never know it. This company knows what it is doing.

Jonathan was very courteous and responsive to any and all of our concerns. Weather made the job hard to complete on time but they were absolutely fantastic 👍

Jonathan, the owner, was very quick to respond and give an estimate. After the proposal was accepted, i had to call numerous times just to get date when they would start. On the start date, Jonathan showed up with the project leader, Alex, and another painter. After walking through, Jonathan left and Alex and the other painter started. One part of the project involved patching a large hole in the ceiling. Alex told me he was going to get drywall for the job and was gone for almost 4 hours. Leaving 1 painter to prep. I hardly saw Alex after that, he had always just left, when i checked in on them. The week continued being 1 painter and an absent project leader, until the 4th or 5th day when a few other painters were brought in to help finish on time. When they were done, my garage floor was left covered in white paint, the floors and counter tops were covered in dust, and i was told i could take my shop vac and clean it up. My black tile counter tops were covered in paint spatter, that i had to scrub off. Trash, including several cigars, were left in my yard. The worst though, was the afternoon that i came to check, i opened the door and a LARGE DOG had been left in my house. Supposedly, the doors had been left open and the dog just walked in and laid down, so thinking it was mine, they JUST LEFT IT. No call, text, anything. Luckily it had only been in for a few minutes, but it could have been so much worse. Jonathan just laughed it off, and said he "talked" with his guys. They were "done" on time, if you don't count the day and half that I had to spend cleaning up after them. I had told them that as soon as they were done, that i would be replacing the floors, and that they didn't need to be extremely careful, but i think they took that as, don't cover anything, there were large paint glops on the floors/

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Not sure where to start in sharing this horrific experience with Emerald Pro Painting of North Charlotte, as we have a LOT of information and Pictures of their devastation to our NEWLY BUILT HOME. The owner (Johnathan Belk) and teams (sub-contractors) were very unprofessional in dealing with and taking ownership of responsibilities for damaging our (the Customer) home, not cleaning up post and leaving trash on premise. The major issue was, Emerald Pro Painting did not do all the things outlined in their Proposal, especially the *Preparation* work that would have protected our home. Hired EmeraldPro Painting to paint the entire interior of our NEWLY BUILT HOME. We sent a response to their proposal for engagement on 12-Feb. They started the project on 22-Feb with a scheduled 28-Feb finish date. They went past the finish date by almost 1 week; they impacted our schedule for other companies that were to come after them and we had to push these other companies out and thus we lost wages as we had to spend a significant amount of (unplanned) time onsite with Emerald Pro Painting teams (Emerald Pro Paint had to use 2 teams as the first team walked out on the job after 2 days in and the owner had to get a second team to take over) as the owner did not provide the needed supervision. They did not complete the work as proposed (i.e. some rooms and bathroom areas not finished), the quality of work was less-than proposed (i.e. brush marks remains vs. full-roller treatment and texture) and excessive damages were done to our home in the areas of floors, fixtures, mirrors, stairs, trim, shelves, carpets, moldings, cabinets, sinks, etc.. mostly due to proposed *Preparation* work not being done and cleaning not being complete; all this in accordance to their Proposal. These damages are now estimated at $6500.00 to fix/correct and we have been majorly inconvenienced from moving in and missing work (cost) due to them missing the Proposed timeline by 7-8 days; originally 5-6 days. We sent emails, text messages and phone calls to the owner, during and post these issues/damages, only to hear *we will fix/clean them* over and over again with no resolve. Although they were extended time to correct/fix ALL ISSUES (Painting and damages) they still DID NOT complete what was proposed. We have moved on from Emerald Pro Painting and will NEVER use them again nor recommend them to anyone. Customers BEWARE; cheap, inexperienced and below age labor was used and 2 TRESPASSES occurred which are violation of NC Laws; people were brought into our home without authorization nor approval by the owner - one child under the age of 13 and another gentleman that was NOT part of the Emerald Pro Painting team but a *Paint* distributor. We were and are appalled that the owner did not own and take responsibility for his team and the fiasco caused by his lack of attention to supervision and detail; as he had the audacity to ask for partial payment and ignore the emails from us asking for damages cost, to-date. Overall, the results were ok in some areas and subpar in others to what was proposed and expected, but the biggest dings were: CUSTOMER SERVICE and DAMAGES - owner not being accountable or taking the appropriate responsibility for the actions of himself, his teams and his company.

The customer service was great. Johnathan was very accommodating and professional. Astor and the crew did a high quality job and made sure that we were happy with the result. The value for the money was very competitive. The house looks beautiful!

Great customer service work with you all the way

Paid way too much. $8100 for an exterior paint job was just too much. It was 2 coats and 2 colors. The next competitor was at $4000. I will hire a sub contractor to finish this disaster. Never hire again. Lesson learned.

Very professional and overall good experience!

Johnathan was very clear about what the job would entail, and checked in frequently. Manuel was an amazing painter and crew chief; the quality of the work was exceptional, and the commitment to customer service obvious.

Job was done right & very quickly. Did in-person estimates which I appreciated. A few colors were recommended to make it easy. Only issue we had was they needed to reschedule for 4 days later and gave very little notice which was an inconvenience but all worked out in the end.
