I tried calling this company numerous times. Finally reached him. He was suppose to be at my house at 830, received a note from him at 753am that he would be here at 11. I sent him a text at 1115 asking where he was-- he showed up at 1215. When he showed up--he said he couldn't do my house for the Z spot price because it was brick--and would take him to long. ("More then an hour") There was not a disclaimer regarding brick and in fact the AD shows a picture of brick. This is clearly deceptive and I am very upset with both Ricks Pressure Washing and your company for representing a company that is dishonest. I could have gotten other pressure washing companies but because I bought the ZSpot I did not. Creating more inconvenience for me.

Ditto what has been said...completely unprofessional and useless. Run away. I purchased the LivingSocial deal from him as well, called to book in late August (several times...no returned calls, he finally answered once), he told me he doesn't keep a calendar with him and I should text him name/address/date we discussed, which I did. He was *buried* in LS requests apparently, as the first date he could give me was nearly 2 months out...though he indicated I should call him again and maybe he'd lump some appointments in my neighborhood together and be able to get out sooner. After a few weeks and reading the reviews here, I called him to see what the story was. Could he come early? Would he show at all? He didn't have his calendar and couldn't tell me what he was doing on our agreed upon date, but assured me that if we'd made an appt, he'd be there. He also indicated he was still buried, never should have done the LS deal, and people should stop badmouthing him as he's only one guy and this wasn't his primary business! So I called him again today (our appt was tomorrow) and his first words were, "didn't you get your refund?" Apparently LS pulled the plug on him (on 10/3), is no longer honoring the coupons and refunded everyone's money (except mine). He then did offer to reschedule if I'd pay him directly. Uh, let me think about that... No. When I called LS, the automated message indicated there was only a 7 day refund window, but when I got an actual human she looked up my account and immediately said, "is this about Rick's Pressure Washing." How'd you guess? 30sec later, I had my refund, no questions asked.
Description of Work: Absolutely nothing but waste my time.

Bought Rick's $99 voucher from LivingSocial.com, and was given his phone number to call and schedule the work. I tried to contact him several times, and got no answer. Finally he picked up, answering simply "Hello?". I thought I'd dialed a wrong number. He was very short with me, and seemed to not want to talk. He asked me to send him a text with my address, and said he'd do the job the following Monday. I sent the text, he responded "OK". Monday came and went, he was a no-show. He did not call before or after. I tried seven more times to contact him via phone, text, and email, over a period of two months. He never replied. I complained to LivingSocial, who claimed to have spoken with him and that he was ready to do my job. So I called him three more times, got no answer or reply. LivingSocial does not provide refunds, so I'm out $99, and Rick got my money for doing nothing! Very unprofessional and dishonest. Stay away, there are many others willing to provide this service. This guy has raked in over $50,000 in vouchers off LivingSocial, and is not delivering any service!
Description of Work: Shady "business' that sells pressure washing service via LivingSocial.com. But beware, he takes your money but will never actually wash your house!

We purchased a coupon from Living Social. The coupon was for a pressure washing for up to 2000 sp. feet for $69. Once the purchase from Living Social was complete, they emailed a confirmation number. Once the confirmation number was received, it was up to me to contact the service provider, (in this case Rick's Power Washing). When I called, whomever answered the phone plainly said, "Hello". I was pretty surprised, I was expecting this to be a professional business and treat it as a professional call. Once I confirmed that I was speaking to Rick's Pressure Washing, I continued on with the business at hand. I told him that I wanted to schedule and appointment for the service that I had just purchased. He seemed to be very surprised that I was actually calling to do so. He, supposedly, looked at his calendar and scheduled me for over a month later. He then asked me to send him a text and give him all of my info, address, phone number, etc. I asked in the text if there was any way that he could come sooner. He told me "no" because he was so busy. Two days before the appointment, I tried to call to confirm and it took numerous calls to finally get him. His phone kept going to a message saying that " Mailbox is full". Once I finally got ahold of him, he had no recollection of the appointment and asked me to send him all of the info again. After I sent the text, I attempted again, several times, to call back to confirm. His again, phone kept going directly to a full mailbox. Once I Finally reached him, his answer was." Yea". I texted again on the morning of the appointment date. He gave me a time of 2pm. I took a half day at work to meet him to make sure he was aware of what I needed done. At 2pm, no sign of him. At 2:30 no sign of him. I tried to call, no answer. I texted and finally got a response. I told him in the text that I needed to know if he was going to show. The return text was far from professional. Once he Finally showed and I explained what I needed done, he acted as though he didn't even hear me. After he began, he soon had an issue with his equipment and told me that he would have to come back the next day. I really did not expect for him to return. He returned late the following day. Even though he did a FAIR job, the experience was not near worth the outcome. I would Highly recommend avoiding this service if possible.
