Troff Pest Control is great. I called a few days before scheduling them to get information on the types of insect problems we were having. They offered great information and spent about 10 minutes on the phone with me without any promise of using their service. They were polite and professional. They showed up on time and were genuinely interested in helping us solve our ant problem. Based on our experience with them, I feel that they are a trustworthy company and will be using them for any further pest problems we have at our rentals and at our home.

The provider came in and sprayed for pests. They were very professional and got the job done.

Very thorough spraying of all areas where mosquitoes are likely to breed. Their certifications allow them to spray bushes closer to my house than Mosquito Squad is allowed to do.

Daniel arrived on tome and immediately put booties on his shoes without being asked. He prepared my hallway and necessary areas to prevent water leakage and dirt from the outside. He did a through job of both the sofa and loveseat and it looked almost like new. I asked if he could apply some stain resistant spray to both (no sales pressure was given) and it was done at a extra minimal cost. The furniture looked great and smelled even better when he was done. I would definitely use them again. He did a great job at a very reasonable cost. Thank you.

Wonderful, been dealing with an Ant problem for a couple years, they came in, did some stuff, now I haven't had ants since.

We used an Angie's List deal to purchase 3 Mosquito Control Services from Troff. They were very punctual, always communicating scheduled dates in advance and showing up on time. Their technician was much more thorough than prior services we had used. We are planning to continue treatments and use their pest services as well!

They were professions and came back quickly as needed to get rid of the problem.

Every step of the process went well. Purchased an Angie's List coupon for Preventive Interior and Exterior Pest Treatment. Was contacted very quickly by Troff. Steve was here when scheduled and very professional. I'd definitely recommend to others.

It went so well!. Julie who coordinates the office and scheduling is so pleasant and understanding that I told Steve when he arrived that she's my new BFF! I had to reschedule our appointment many times due to unforeseen circumstances and she was very flexible and I appreciated that. Steve is the owner and he explained everything very well to my husband and I and answered all of our questions. Their price for bimonthly protection is very reasonable and we will definitely be using them in the future. In fact we were so impressed, we're now going to hire Troff carpet cleaning which also has excellent reviews on Angie's List. You won't find a more honest and likeable, family owned company! Very refreshing in this day of big franchisees who use a lot of "lines" and scare tactics to oversell services. Thanks so much for doing such a great job.

Owner arrived at the appointed time. Completed a thorough inspection then subsequently outlined the proposed treatment plan based on my reported insect findings & observations. Work was completed professionally & in a timely manner.

They recommended me to remove the bushes near the house that were housing the ants. They removed the bushes and sprayed outside the house. I did not want them to spray the chemicals in the house so they sprayed mostly outside. I called him to inform the ants were still coming in. On 4/1/15 they came back out to spray again. This time they sprayed the inside and the outside. I have had no problems since then. I still see a few ants form time to time, but now its just one or two, vs multiple ants and they are killed instantly once they go over the area where the chemicals were sprayed. I have it set up for them to come back every 3 months to make sure we eliminate all the ants. It was an excellent/. They are always on time and if they have to reschedule due to weather or will be delayed they will call me and let me know. He takes his time and makes sure I understand the process and what they are doing.

He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I explained what products he used and how they worked. He did a great job!!! I was very satisfied with the results.

Daniel was the provider that came out and cleaned our carpets. He was fantastic! Very knowledgeable, and able to answer all of my questions. He was also able to provide me with information around cleaning our wool rugs, and other parts of our home in the future. I had asked Troff to come clean my Master Bedroom and Closet. We have two small dogs, and they had thrown up in multiple places in the room leaving some small stains and odor. Daniel was very professoinal and efficient, the service took approx. 1 hour and our carpet looks amazing. I would certainly use Troff again, and recommend them to anyone!!

Steve is very knowledgeable about all aspects of pest control and very willing to share home maintenance tips that will prevent future problems. He made several extra trips to our house between our every other month paid "booster" treatments and was able to locate the root of our ant problems. He found and destroyed the large ant colony in our front yard that was hiding under a pavement stone. Steve did such a great job that we didn't even need a late fall treatment. We have had no pest problems all winter and none yet this spring. Julie has already called to schedule our first treatment for this year and we are looking forward to receiving Troff Pest Control's expert and professional service. The low cost Troff charges for maintenance treatments is money very well spent.

It went great!! Troff came out the same week I called and came early one day to ensure they could fit me in before my graduation party. they were on time and the two young men were dressed in black pants and polo shirts! The put runners down and got straight to work! My carpets looked great and were treated with a stain guard. After a few days, a couple of spots rose the surface. My carpet is 15 years old and gets a lot of wear from my three teen boys. I called to see if they thought they could look at it... within two hours they were back, cleaned the spots and and quot;speed driedand quot; the areas to prevent the spots from coming up again! I love this group and already have referred several neighbors to them!! I will definitely call again!

Very professionaland understanding of illness at house (I'd actually forgotten appt). Did his job thoroughly around everything happening without getting in the way or cutting any corners. Applications working very well so far. Discussed what to expect, future needs and other services without pressure to schedule those. Will use again!
