It was perfect, every detail

Service man arrived at my home with his wife and daughter in a pick-up truck full of yard sale items. Very unprofessional. But he was a nice guy who seemed to know what he was doing. He told me 3 items were needed for repair of my Samsung fridge. I specifically asked him if the work was all covered under my 2-10 Warranty. He ASSURED me it was. He returned a week later with one of the 3 parts, but without wife and daughter this time. Installed part, problem not fixed. Obviously the part he replaced was NOT defective. He told me nothing he could do about my problem since MY problem was NOT covered by the warranty. Cost me a week with a broken fridge, $100.00 deductable, and wasted his time. I learned a costly lesson about both Household Appliance Repair, Inc., and 2-10 Warranty. Stay away from both! 

The refrigerator is still not fixed after 6 weeks.

Repair was requested through home warranty company; they dispatched Household Appliance Repair. Ann from the company promptly called (within a couple of hours of registering the repair with my home warranty company) and called back multiple times (including on Saturday) until I was available to talk with her. Work was very promptly scheduled for the following Monday for between 9:00AM and 1:00 PM. Eddie showed up at the back end of that time frame (around 12:15 or 12:30). He was very professional, friendly, and quick with the repair work. I can't comment on his pricing, since the work was mostly paid for through my home warranty, but his work was solid. As well, he gave some good advice on how to keep the dishwasher clean and running well. Based on the experience with Ann and Eddie, I'd use them again.

This was covered by a home warranty plan. I reported the problem on a Friday evening. Was told that I should receive a call from Household Appliance Repair in an hour; did not receive a call until Sunday at 9:00pm. Ann asked if they could come out on Wednesday, between 8:00am and 12:00pm. I wasn't thrilled with the four hour window they were giving themselves (and making us wait) but agreed. My husband said the repairman arrived around 10:00, diagnosed the problem but said he didn't have the necessary part with him. My husband offered to wait while he got the part but that wasn't convenient for House App Repair! He was told they would call him to set up another appointment. 24+ hrs later, on Thursday afternoon, they called our home and left a message - they had my cell number but didn't bother calling that. We called twice (Thurs & Fri) to no avail. On Saturday afternoon they called asking if they could come in ten minutes. Only good thing is that the dishwasher seems to work now.
