So far so good. One treatment down, and our roach problem has all but disappeared. Plus, we're finding other dead undesireables. We are hopeful that future treatments will be effective as well, and that their office initiates in a timely manner to schedule our next paid service.

It was a good job. They did a good job. They were not followed up stress that is what about itself. It was good as anyone I would expect.

I had been looking for a long-term pest treatment provider and fell upon a living social for 1-year service at Triangle Pest. After checking them out here, I decided to buy the voucher and I am not disappointed! Granted service was provided today but Brandon could not have been more professional or courteous. He gave me a 45 minutes call ahead, arrived right on time, was very polite and knowledgable and answered all my questions. He serviced inside the house first (including basement and attic!) in about 20 minutes then headed outside. I have high expectations based on this experience and will post an update if there are any issues, but I sure hope and think not!

The man that came out to do it seemed knowledgable and willing to listen to my priorities and concerns, was right on time. It was a great first experience. I will update after I have had their service for a longer period of time. I had an issue crop up between scheduled treatments so I called and they made a trip out to take care of it right away. Very pleasant to work with and willing to make the extra trip. I was very happy with the service!

Brandon Beatty arrived right on time. Very nice young man who was very professional. He explained the service thoroughly and addressed all my concerns satisfactorily. He was very efficient and did an excellent job. He represented Triangle very well and even put on booties before entering my home. Of course my deal was for a year's service, but if the rest of the treatments go like this one I will be extremely pleased and satisfied!

TRIANGLE PEST CONTROL DEAL ADVERTISED THAT THE CITY OF MT HOLLY WAS COVERED. WHEN I TRIED TO SCHEDULE SERVICE I WAS TOLD MY AREA WAS OUT OF THEIR SERVICE AREA. MY ADDRESS IS IN MT HOLLY. NEED REFUND.

Its very difficult to tell at this point I have not seen any other rodents but the traps they set have not captured anything. I also would have expected a second treatment at this point. I will revisit my contract but may not renew with this company.

It worked out very well. Everything went according to plan. They came and did the work as described and the price of the deal also covered the followup treatment and not just the initial visit. They were very courteous, very nice and very efficient.

I was very pleased with the quality of service from Ryan, with Triangle Pest Control, LLC. He was prompt, knowledgebale and courteous. In addition to the Year Round Pest Control package, I purchased the Safe Lawn Service Agreement. That service starts in June. So far, the treatment seems to work. The plus is the good customer service, which is few and far between nowadays.

That has been turning out great. They came out a couple days after I purchased the deal. One technician came out and did a very good job. it took him about 30-40 minutes. Compared to others he was very professional and sincere. He will be coming out for us for a full year and he will be here every couple of months. I wished Angie’s list would let me give them an A+.

I'm impressed. The service tech was on time, professional, and took the time needed to properly treat our home. The tech did an excellent job and explained each problem he found related to our pest issues. A much better experience than I have had with other providers of this type in the past. I plan to continue using these folks service.

I have a large backyard. I would have liked for him to do more of the yard, but it would have cost more for him to do that. It seemed pretty good so far. It’s only been 2 weeks and it’s been cold so I don’t know if we would have seen any bugs anyway. It general, everything was good. Their technician placed a follow up call, which was nice.

Triangle contacted me just minutes after I purchased the big deal. We scheduled the appointment for a few days later and the technician called me about 45 minutes before the appointment to let me know he was going to be early. He was very professional and knowledgeable. It took about an hour for him to complete the service and he answered all my questions afterward. Would definitely recommend Triangle Pest Control to anyone.

It went well. The Deal only covered 150 linear feet of treatment which would be a very small home. Therefore I had to pay an additional amount over the deal for my linear footage. Still was less expensive than other providers (Ivey, Killingsworth) for the same service

It turned out very well. They contacted me back the same day and we set up a time. They were on time for that appointment and all of the work was done then and there with good results. It was pretty effortless. They were very prompt, thorough and very polite. They came out about 2 weeks after purchase. I would use them again.

Showed up on time and without any problems, replaced the vapor barrier. I am also a member of Triangle Pest Control, so they did a pest inspection in the crawl space. They looked for any termite problems as requested and they reported no problems. I later signed up for the additional termite protection plan due to a discount offer they sent me. A few months later, I had a plumber in my crawl space and he told me that my crawl space was the cleanest he has ever seen with the layout of the vapor barrier.

They did both interior and exterior pest control on the first visit, and exterior on the following visits. They placed traps on the initial visit, which caught all kinds of things in my garage. I just wished that they replaced those more often. Otherwise, it's been great with no problems at all.
