Loving showed up on time. reviewed the particulars of the job as they understood it to be. Asked if we agreed with the scope of work, took constructive comments , incorporated them into the plan and proceeded to start the project. The manager was on site at the start of the job, was in phone contact for questions that arose both from us as well as his crew during the job and made several in person visits during time the work was performed. The job was completed in one day much to my surprise and it was done according to plan! The crew was efficient and respectful and worked the entire time with only a lunch break until the job was finished. It has been a long, long time since I have witnessed a job go this well. I will use this contractor again!

Original installation date 9/25. When crews had not arrived at 9am called office and spoke to Jacquline. She asked what kind of work was to be performed. When we told her she said sales rep. Jim McComiskey would have to call us to advise on time to install. A short time later, he called and said the crew was and quot;finishing up a small paver job in Carolina Reserve and would be to our home mid dayand quot;. I asked for a specific time, he responded 1pm. Around 1:15, we received a call from Jim Howie, crew foreman, saying it would be around 2:30 before they arrived. He said they would do a good job and work till it was complete. Jim. H. arrived around 3 and wanted to mark the area where the work is to be done. The crew was, he said, finishing up pressure washing earlier job. Jim H. began marking the area and he was told that is not what Jim. M and I had discussed. The orginal area went further than he was proposing. He said the job was quoted for 80 sq ft and they would see how far it went. To the best of our knowledge the work crew arrived around 4:15. They began work and Jim H. left the job site telling us the crew was leaving at 6 and would return first thing on the 26th. The crew worked till 6:30 and left . When we inspected the work, we observed the pavers were set below grade and below the threshold of a crawl space door, unacceptable to us. The crew arrived as did the foreman around 9am. Jim H. confirmed the job was unacceptable and instructed crew to remove all pavers and raise the height of the foundation for the pavers. Jim H. left work site stating he would be back in a while. The crew did as told. The paver was a 3-piece modular Belgrade paver system; however, the installation of the paver system was not adhered to in several areas of the patio surface. Thankfully, this patio is not on the most used side of the rear of the home. The crew satisfactorily cleaned up before leaving the site. Note, the rating for the PRICE of Fair was given due to the level of work that was delivered. As the homeowner, we assumed, incorrectly, that what we discussed was what they estimated and proposed. We should have asked for a design plan before accepting their proposal, a lesson learned.

Did not show up to perform the job. Never called us to explain the delay, finally after waiting half the day we called them to find out why. They called us back and implied they would not be able to do the job until the following week. This job was scheduled for approximately one month in advance. Instead of excepting responsibility, they blamed their sub-contractor - Shamrock Irrigation Systems, yet the agreement was signed between us and the Loving Group. Would not recommend Loving Group to anyone.

They are very good. They followed up and if I had anything wrong they came back and fixed it. They are reasonably priced. They were not the highest or the lowest. They presented themselves in a very professional manner and did what they said they were going to do.

Overall their were unbelievable. They had customer services reps on site during the work process. They came back multiple times to make sure the work was done correctly. They cleaned up everything everyday. One of the best experiences I ever had with workers. They later sent out and evaluation form about the service of the work and the costumer services in general. We plan on using them again in the future.

We called for an estimate and their salesperson called back right away and made an appointment. I was given a detailed estimate and we walked the wooded area and marked what trees were to be removed. The salesperson Seth was very knowledgable about plants and trees and gave great advice about what plants to plant where. On the date that I was promised that they would start the project his crew showed up and started working on time. They were prompt, quick and cleaned up after themselves when the project was over. The project started when they promised, was finished on time and cost exactly what was estimated. They are a fantastic company and I would definitely hire them again!

Mike (owner) was very professional, and gave us a written quote on the spot. The job was easy to schedule, and it went beautifully. John (who oversaw the work) was great. He had his whole team (led by Antonio) at our house by 8:30, and they were completely done with the job (including cleanup) by 5:30. We have a beautiful new driveway existing of artfully placed pavers. Thank you, Mike, John, Antonio, and the rest of your team!
