Description of Work: I had the good fortune to call T&F and get Frank today. And although I explained to him right off the bat I didn't have a plumbing problem (it was a gas water heater flue/exhaust concern), he was extremely patient in hearing my problem, AND providing 2 other contractor contacts for this work. Frank was very personable and friendly, and very knowledgeable regarding the plumbing code. In fact, he clearly explained several esoteric points so plainly that even a rube like me could understand! I can safely say that when I do need plumbing work in the future, I'm definitely calling Frank at T&F! You should too!
