We hired SRC to repair our home after our roof was destroyed causing water damage in a storm. It took a full year for them to finish the job and my insurance company refused to extend assistance after nine months as it was more than enough time to do the work. Crews never showed up and damaged personal property while on site. I was told by them that SRC refused to pay their subcontractors. I was left to complete jobs and the quality was pitiful. We bought a new home and I received three quotes to paint the interior. They were all quoted through my Realtor and amazingly SRC was one of them. The other two companies quoted approximately $4,000 while SRC quoted $12,000. I would never recommend this company for any job no matter the the level of work required.

Terrible company, terrible owner, they do not do what they are promised, and don't care.

Good job. Got everything done fast, insurance paid for it. Nice people, and they followed up after it was done to make sure I was happy.

I used Southern Restoration on a referral from my insurance agent. They came out very quickly after I called them, within an hour or so. They were very professional and set up some equipment. They came back for a couple days and checked on it, and always set up times that worked for my schedule. After they said it was dry, they also re-did my wood floors, painted, and did some carpet. They were very communicative, and again were very professional. They did what they said they were going to do, and exceeded my expectations. They had someone work with my insurance company to make sure everything was covered, and the owner, Trey, even called me during the process to make sure I was satisfied! I would highly recommend Southern Restoration for any work that you need done.

Not good, they come out and they make you feel like you have nothing to worry about. This started in July and in September we had to let them go. The reason was nothing had happen, no work was complete, after the leak. They charge $4,000.00., just to take care of the leak. They sent us a bill for this amount with no breakdown of what we were paying $4,000.00 for,when ask for a breakdown,they inform us that we didn't need one. That our ins. company would get that information. Our ins.company told us that they should have not requested payment from us,but to send the invoice to our ins.company. We pay them and our ins company. had to call the owner and request the breakdown . We over heard them say to someone that they were out to make money. Which Out !
