We ended up dropping McClure Realty because we did not feel the house was being marketed enough, with the market conditions as they are right now. We did have the house priced too high initially - which Scott did recommend against and adjusted that. In terms of marketing the house, we were listed on the MLS, but there appeared to be no other marketing of the home. We continually had to be the ones reaching out to McClure to have them follow-up on feedback or find out how the house was doing with regards to listing hits etc. We expected more two way communication and proactive feedback from the Realtor, especially in situations where we had more than one showing. Now that our house is listed with another company, our traffic has picked up tremendously and we are very satisfied with the level of service we are receiving now.
