SANCHEZ PAINTING

The crew did not know what they were doing and ruined the cabinets. The damage included just about every imaginable problem that can occur with stain and polyurethane work, including bubbles in the polyurethane, significant dust and other foreign objects trapped in the polyurethane, visible runs in the polyurethane, rough finish and feel to the polyurethane, visible and uneven brush marks in the stain, visible drip marks in the stain, and visible runs in the stain. Sanchez Painting attempted to correct the stain and polyurethane problems by sanding the cabinets and ruined several parts of them by oversanding and removing the natural grain. Raised panel sections could not be sanded properly without damaging them.

I WAS ESPECIALLY IMPRESSED WITH THE PREP WORK. THEY ALSO REPLACED AT NO COST TO ME, AN OUTSIDE SPOTLIGHT THAT BROKE WHEN I ASKED THEM TO ADJUST ONE OF THE DIRECTION BULBS! 7OR8 PEOPL SHOWED UP TO WORK AT 8:15 AND THEY WERE ALL GONE BY 12:15. THREE MORE WORKERS ARRIVED AROUND 6:00PM TO CLOSE WINDOWS, PUT ON SCREENS AND PAINT A SMALL AREA THAT WAS OVERLOOKED EARLIER.
