The crew came back and did little touch-ups that I hadn?t thought about when I was having the work done. Ryan was the point man on the building. They had to pry open some of the areas where the screen was attached. They decided to replace that screen with a heavier one at no extra charge. The same people who did the construction came back and did the painting. The screen was black at first and then they replaced it with charcoal gray because it matched our paint color better. They took their time and made it look really good. Our home owners? association was happy. The painting is holding up just fine. We got a lot of compliments for it.
