He came by when I was out and he cleaned the whole house in a short amount of time. It is much cleaner and it was hands off for me.

Mark did a great job and communicated with me throughout the entire process. He had to cancel the initial scheduled job but he let me know and rescheduled quickly.

Work was thorough done quickly. I highly recommend them for large or small jobs.

The house is multi-storied and he reached every level without damage to any existing structure. He cleaned it thoroughly with no damage to paint, roofing or any balcony structures. He is a pro and allows the chemicals to do the work and thus is judicious with the amount of pressure applied to all structures. We thought we would have to repair damaged paint, but we had to do NOTHING after he washed the house. 'So pleased!!! Highly recommend. In fact we were so pleased that we paid him more than he charged us.

First appointment was delayed and ultimately rescheduled for another day. Several spots on the house were missed. Large sections of siding were loosened and not replaced. Pieces of siding were found on the ground. Front porch mat was tossed on ground apparently prior to washing the house because it was covered in dirt, folded, wet and left on the ground. It had to be discarded. My hose was removed from its carrier, stretched across the yard and not returned to its carrier. Items were removed from the back porch and just left in the yard. There were no explanations or apologies when I called to discuss the job with him. He said he forgot to replace the loose siding and would do that when he came to pick up the wand he left. My neighbor was kind enough to fix the siding because we did not know when or if this person would return. The siding remains slightly bent in a couple of places. I will not use this service again and I do not think it is up to Angie's List standards. I hope consideration will be given to its removal.

Scheduling, arrival of employees with their equipment, went extremely well. One side cleaned with no problem. Back side had some areas that were not clean, and looked like it was where the cleansing fluids ran down the vinyl in various locations, taking the dirt with it. Perhaps not flushed with clean water after the cleanser application, but not sure. As they left before it dried, it was not noticeable to them or me. When I let them know, they immediately responded and volunteered to come back and redo it at no additional charge. Because of some deck work, we could not wait for them to return in a few days, so cleaned those areas ourselves. That is the only reason I did not classify them as excellent. Otherwise, great job.

The house looks beautiful and brand new now. I would definitely recommend their service and hire them again.

This was our second time using Pro Pressure Cleaning. Mark does an excellent job and I plan to use him in the future. He and I both had conflicting schedules as to when we could get our house pressure washed (I wanted to be here the day of), and Mark was always great regarding communication. Would highly recommend.

He did a fantastic job. He reviewed with me what he was going to do and did it. All of my mold is GONE!!! He even talked to me about how to help prevent it from coming back.

We bought an Angie's List deal for our deck to be pressure washed. The Company was responsive, scheduled the work quickly, and our deck looks amazing, like new again. We would definitely hire the Company again.

Although the appointment to clean my home was rescheduled twice, when completed the job was professionally completed and I was very satisfied with the results. I would not hesitate to hire Mark again.

Mark did an excellent job. Close attention to detail, very careful not to get stain on house. I was able to select the color stain and he provided in the right quantity. He kept me informed from the beginning of the schedule, when he would arrive. I am going to use his services to pressure wash my house in the coming weeks.

First of all Mark called and texted me when he was on his way here. He proceeded to do the above areas and also pressure washed our front steps carefully, 2 pieces of cedar furniture, and numerous pieces of patio furniture. He works carefully, following directions and requests. He was careful around some large ceramic pots at our arbor and patio. It all looks beautiful. I wish it could stay like this all year long!

Mark Norman did an excellent job pressure washing my home. I was really concerned about the numerous flowers and shrubs that borders around my house but Mark reassured me that my plants would be fine and that he would make sure to rinse everything really well. I also had some mold on my home that he took care of with no problem. Couple of other companies I contacted quoted $300plus to do the same job. My home looks great and I have no complaints....period.
