Pro Pressure Cleaning & Concrete Restoration

Fairly poorly. What Mark said would take two days lasted two weeks. He would come for a few hours, or not at all. Sometimes he'd text and say he was coming by, and then didn't show. Then he'd text and say he'd be finished tomorrow, come and leave within a few hours. One time he was needing another length of hose. One time was he slipped at another site on a piece of wet wood and hurt his tailbone (showed my wife the scratch - nice). One time his other truck was in the shop. I texted him to redo the patio, as it had spiral marks from his barrel washer, and he didn't do it. I told him not to do the bluestone patios and instead do the wall, pointing directly to it, and he agreed. Then he didn't do it saying it didn't equate. The square footage is equal. At the end of all of this, we negotiated the price down. And I still have to get the work done by someone else.

Exactly on time and finished exactly when he estimsteded. I will definitely use this company again.

I initially purchased his $199 special, but needed more work done than that deal permitted; Mark washed the entire house including two dormers, all of the brick and siding, both front and rear porches (lots of rails/spindles on front), did complete deck and also complete wash on my detached shop. He works hard, results were very good, and am pleased with the results. I would hire him again for sure, and recommend him to my friends.

I called Mark after seeing his ad on Angies List. He was very courteous and said he could come by after lunch to look at my driveway, double carport ,porch, and sidewalk. He called around 1:00 to say he was on his way. When he arrived we agreed on a price and he said he could do the job right then. I was happy that he could do it so soon. I also asked if he would mind rinsing off a patio set and yard swing for me and he said sure. The job took a little over an hour or so. Everything looked great! So nice to meet a nice guy who cared about the customer. I would recommend Pro Pressure Clean to anyone needing pressure washing done.

Mark was very easy to work with. I called him and he scheduled my work for the next day. He did a very good job, it all looks great! I will definitely use him again.

Arrived on time, completed job as promised. Professional results that were more impressive than expected. Would definitely hire again and plan to always use Pro Pressure for pressure washing needs. Note that all equipment used was new and in perfect working order with no delays or problems.

He was professional and pleasant. Immediately upon arrival assessed the job and began work. Because the back of our house and deck backs up to woods it was really hard to clean. He did an awesome job and we are well pleased. I paid more than requested.

Overall did a great job. House is very clean and walkway leading to house has never looked better. There was a distinct scent of bleach and it looks like we’re going to lose some potted plants. I guess that’s on me for not covering them, but I wish somewhere in the description there was something about what chemicals are being used. That’s nitpicking. Will hire again.

We needed to have our house pressure washed. The white siding was extremely dirty and our HOA requested it be cleaned. Mark was great. He arrived exactly when he said he would and did an awesome job. The house looks brand new again. I will use him again in the future.

The pressure washing went very well. Mark took his time and did a very thorough job and everything looks great. Also, the price was much cheaper than other bids. I would definitely hire again.

Great. Prompt, Responsive, Flexible and did a great job. Mark called me back quickly and said he could come out that day to take a look and give an estimate and complete work the next day. He pressure washed the house (white brick with mold stains that we thought were permanent), the decks (2), the screen porch and the patio. He was quick and efficient and the house looks great. SO much easier than doing it ourselves and with a much better result. We own a pressure washer but will use him again rather than spending an entire day doing it ourselves only to get a inferior result.

Mark and I talked and texted a few times trying to set up an appointment. Finally when a day was set he never called back to confirm he was coming or to set a definite time. I have never heard from him again. After all my attempts, I don't care to do business with him.

Mark uses a combination of soap and chlorine to kill the mold first, and then proceeds to pressure wash all the dirt and grime off. He advised me to remove my screens (at least downstairs) so that he could get the window tracks very clean as well. He also washed the screens!!!! Mark is very kind, personable and professional. He provides excellent service for a terrific price! I would definitely hire him again without hesitation and would recommend him to anyone looking for his kind of services!!!

Mark called and scheduled time promptly. He arrived on time and got the job done in 2 hours. The job was well done with very reasonable price.

There were no problems with setting up the service or performance of the service.

4th TIME MARK HAS BEEN OF SERVICE...AND HE IS WHY WE KEEP COMING BACK.

He came by when I was out and he cleaned the whole house in a short amount of time. It is much cleaner and it was hands off for me.

Mark did a great job and communicated with me throughout the entire process. He had to cancel the initial scheduled job but he let me know and rescheduled quickly.

Work was thorough done quickly. I highly recommend them for large or small jobs.

First appointment was delayed and ultimately rescheduled for another day. Several spots on the house were missed. Large sections of siding were loosened and not replaced. Pieces of siding were found on the ground. Front porch mat was tossed on ground apparently prior to washing the house because it was covered in dirt, folded, wet and left on the ground. It had to be discarded. My hose was removed from its carrier, stretched across the yard and not returned to its carrier. Items were removed from the back porch and just left in the yard. There were no explanations or apologies when I called to discuss the job with him. He said he forgot to replace the loose siding and would do that when he came to pick up the wand he left. My neighbor was kind enough to fix the siding because we did not know when or if this person would return. The siding remains slightly bent in a couple of places. I will not use this service again and I do not think it is up to Angie's List standards. I hope consideration will be given to its removal.

Scheduling, arrival of employees with their equipment, went extremely well. One side cleaned with no problem. Back side had some areas that were not clean, and looked like it was where the cleansing fluids ran down the vinyl in various locations, taking the dirt with it. Perhaps not flushed with clean water after the cleanser application, but not sure. As they left before it dried, it was not noticeable to them or me. When I let them know, they immediately responded and volunteered to come back and redo it at no additional charge. Because of some deck work, we could not wait for them to return in a few days, so cleaned those areas ourselves. That is the only reason I did not classify them as excellent. Otherwise, great job.
