We were very happy with the end result. He came on one of the hottest afternoons of the summer and worked quickly to make our house sparkle. The deal we bought covered a larger area of patio surface than our back patio, so he also cleaned our front walkway to make sure we received the full service that was offered with the deal. We had to schedule the service pretty far in advance (4 or 5 weeks, I think), but he showed up on the day we had scheduled and completed everything in just a few hours. It's amazing how "not dirty" things look until they are truly clean and you can compare. Quite an amazing difference.

The provider did an excellent job. I did note that scheduling was a bit tight as he was booked out over a month. We set up our appointment for about 50 days in advance. We expected him early in the day but he did not show up until after noon. This was not an inconvenience just an observation. He did contact us by phone and explained the delay.

Mark did an excellent job powerwashing my two story home. The house looks great especially the white trim.

On 5/27 I purchased a voucher for this job through the Angies List website. I first spoke with Mark on May 31, 2016 to schedule the pressure washing. We scheduled for 6/28 at 1:30PM. On 6/28 just before 1:30 he called to let me know that he wasn't done on another job, so he needed to reschedule. When I explained that I was in the process of selling my home and already under contract, with both the home inspection and appraisal scheduled before the end of the week, he was able to reschedule for the next day to accommodate my obligations. He did a fantastic job with the cleaning. The vinyl has never looked so good! The only issue I have is that I have a large concrete bunny in my front yard (in the yard, not next to the house) and apparently he needed to move it. It appears that when he moved it, it broke the front part of one of the ears off. These things happen, so I'm not heart broken, it just would've been nice if he'd told me what happened instead of leaving it for me to find. If you're flexible and need great work done a fair price, Mark will get it done......just be sure to move anything even remotely close to the home.

It went great. They did what they said they would do. Their service was fast, great and complete.

Mark provided great service. He came out and pressure washed the house and even added a service, cleaning the back patio. Because of the great job he did my neighbor has asked for his services.

There were no additional costs because it never happened. There was no service. They kept cancelling. I thought they'd show up but they never did. I couldn't get a refund because they kept putting us off. I would use them in the future.

He first used a circular "floor scrubber" to remove the moss and other growth that was on and between the bricks. Then he went over everything again with the pressure washing wand. And finally, he treated the brick with a mild chlorine solution which made them literally shine!

The date he scheduled, he hit an equipment problem and rescheduled. Nothing you can do when equipment fails, but I tell you more to say that he did communicate and he came when he rescheduled. That's a good thing. As to the pressure washing job itself, really good work. How he does it for that price I don't know, but thank you! Left the furniture in the yard. We didn't know why. Later when we inquired, he said it was to protect it from the bleach. Makes total sense, I just wish he left a flier or something explaining that becasue honestly, we initially saw it as "slack" not what it really was, caring about the furniture. Anyhow, thanks and hire this guy. He's good! Then, move your own furniture back with knowledge :)

Even though Mark did not arrive at the time given, he did call to let me know that a job he was on took longer than he had expected and would be late. He gave me a new time and showed up 30 minutes before that. He did the entire house and walked with me around the house once he had completed the job so that I could inspect what he had done. He cleaned up behind himself before leaving.
