Description of Work: We had a garage renovation. He came by and said he would be the cleanest crew and was not. All of his employees were with the company for 90 days or less. He never pulled a permit. He did electrical work without a licensed electrician. During the course of the garage renovation he took a deposit for a new driveway. He cancelled the start date for the driveway and never returned the deposit. Upon completion of the renovation, he hasn't been back since and isn't answering phone calls to return the money.

Very badly, I ended up having someone come i and finish the job at an additional amount. This was a terrible rip off
Description of Work: Don't use this company Was supposed to erect 2X4's with walls to set in a shower stall and a bath tub. He put the 2x4's up but could go no further because the shower unit had a cracked place and the tub was bent. He laid some sand on the floor and told me he would speak with the plumber, who recommended him and is his friend. I replaced the two damaged units and decided to get other quotes as the price the plumber was going to charge was high to me. When I first spoke the contrator I speficicallly told him what I needed, drywalls built for the shower and tub. He did nothing but erect some 2x4's no drywall and told me it would be additional money if he came back and completed the job

Mr. Corsetto was hired to frame and build walls for a shower stall and bath tub. I specifically requested that the framing and walls be built. He came to my home, looked the job over and gave me a quote of $570.00. I sat up a date for the work to be done. When he got to my home he began the job, he had a helper with him. once he had the framing up and began to install the shower stall he found a crack in the bottom of the stall and could not sit t;he unit in, then he proceeded to sit the tub in and when he took the tub from the box it was damaged as well. So there was nothing else that could be done at that time. He was recommended to me by someone else, he told me go ahead and have the plumber come in once I had replaced the units and then he would come back and complete the job. At that time I did discuss with Lou about maybe doing some wall tiles and other things for me. He did discount $70.00 off the job, but that was because most, if not all the 2X4's that he used were ones that I have previously purchased. When I was ready for him to come back and finish the job, putting up the drywall to the framing he informed there would be an additional charge. I said that was included in the job and he said it was not. I have been totally ripped off. I paid $500 dollars for him to erect 2X4's and nothing else. the short 2X4's at the tub are loose and the bottom piece of wood has a crack in it.
Description of Work: Erected several 2X4's

Response from Precisely Right Builders Inc
First, I was out of town so this is my first opportunity to respond. As she indicated, I was referred to her by a plumbing-contractor who highly recommended me for the job. I came out, assessed the job, and gave her a quote of $570.00 via email on August 24. Although she thought my price was high, she said she would think about it and call me back if she wanted me to do the work. She did ultimately call me and agreed to the contract. As my invoice clearly shows, my estimate was specifically for the framing of the walls and setting the shower and tub units only. There was no drywall included. After the work was completed she asked my opinion about the finishes for her bathroom project. I suggested to her to install tile on some of the existing walls and the newly framed walls. I also suggested to her that if she wanted us to come back, we could do her wallboard, countertop, baseboard trim, and tile work for an additional labor cost, as she would provide all the material. Additionally, although we brought the 2x4 materials needed for the job. She suggested we could use any of the scrap lumber that was left behind by another contractor if needed. We used most of the material that we brought, and only used a small portion of the scrap material. We did set the shower unit and the tub unit, and after it was placed, we showed her that both units were damaged and then had to take them out so she could return them. I called the plumbing-contractor to advise him of the damage to the units and that she was going to return them and get new units. The plumber stated that it was not a problem for him to set those units in place once he finished his roughing in plumbing for those units. I directly informed her of the conversation with the plumber and she said “OK, great!” At the completion of the job on August 26, 2012 she was totally satisfied with the work we completed and paid our invoice in full less the discount of $70.00 I gave to her. Service was rendered……….. Furthermore, I am not in the business of ripping people off, I provide quality work and stand behind it. My reputation for quality work speaks for itself. I am a man of integrity.

Originally hired to replace windows. We needed trim work replaced, so they replaced trim and added chair rail while we were waiting for windows to arrive. We then asked if they could replace our fireplace mantel and build shelves and cabinets and they brought a cabinetmaker to our home to assist. They worked quickly, were professional, and quality of work was good. We helped them with the design of the fireplace and when we weren't quite satisfied with the decorative molding, they replaced it. We're very pleased with the result.
Description of Work: Replaced casement windows and sliding glass doors, replaced all downstairs window and door trim, added chair rail in living and dining rooms, built new custom fireplace mantel, built column in living room, custom shelves and cabinets around fireplace, built shelves in home office.

It took a while to find a contractor who could do this in the way I wanted it. I wanted something that would blend with the style of my home. They were very responsive in doing this for me exactly. They were on time each day and would clean up before leaving in the evening. You just have to see all of the details that went into the roofing and all the iron work is stunning.
Description of Work: They constructed a 15X25 square foot open air patio on my home. It has a copper roof; all the support beams and railings are made from ornamental rot iron.
