On the whole, they do very good work at an excellent price. They always charged what they quoted, did high quality work, and were very punctual and reliable. Occasionally, I did have to call them back a few times to get a response. There was also some minor rudeness, which I tried to ignore since I didn't hire them to be polite (but I must admit that it does affect my willingness to use/recommend them...) Lastly, I had to push somewhat to get some small project completion jobs done. All this said, they did do a very good job and their prices are very economical, so I still give them an "A" and thank them for their work.

The above issue was handled fine, but I have called him for a few other issues, and he has been non-responsive. So I would probably not use him again.

When I called Paul to see if he could take a dog house down and bring it to the dump for me, he said that he would have to come over and take a look at it. He came a couple of days later on a Friday, as promised. He said that it would cost him $100 for the dump fee - and he would charge $100 to take it down. I asked him when we could schedule the date, as I only have Friday's that I'm available to take off from work. He said that I didn't need to be here - that he would call me at work before he headed over to my house. He called me on either Saturday or Sunday of that same weekend and said that he would have two men come over on Monday to take it down. His men were there at 8:00 in the morning and took the complete dog house away. They did the work that was promised to me and I was very happy with the results.

He was fine, he was a little slow but he said that he had to go get some parts, he came back and finished the job, He did clean up the mess he made.

He came in and did it right away. He built a scaffold, so I knew he was going to do it right. The price was very reasonable and I'm satisfied with the work performed.

Paul did a wonderful job. We recently moved into an older home, and neither our bedroom armoire nor dresser would make it up the stairs to the bedroom! We hired Paul to remove the staircase banister (enabling the furniture to be moved upstairs) and then to re-insall it. His workmanship is impeccable; it is impossible to tell that the banister was ever removed. Moreover, he is professional and true to his word. I could not be more pleased.

Paul came out to look at the problem and I received an estimate by email 2 days later. I was about to send him my signed form back when he emailed me that he had a cancellation the next morning. He said that I could have that slot if I wanted it. I did, since the wait otherwise might be a week or 2. He came that morning around 8:30 and was gone by early afternoon. He did a great job - can't tell where the seams are.

Paul overheard a phone call to Lowe's about how their ceiling fan contractor had not yet contacted me while he was working on my doors. He let me know he does ceiling fans and that his price is $75 - $29 less than Lowe's. He said he could schedule it in the next couple of days (Sunday) so I canceled Lowe's in favor of Paul. He came Sunday morning as promised and did the work.

Paul was great from start to finish. I live overseas, so it was difficult to schedule the work. Paul always made himself available and was very accommodating. He finished the work on schedule, and ended up doing more than the scope of work that he originally submitted. I have had quite a bit of work done on the house since I bought it, and I have yet to find a better contractor. Paul is a very intelligent guy that knows his business. My only regret is that I didn't find Paul sooner.

They were prompt, professional and did an excellent job matching the cabinetry and painting after the work was completed.

Paul called us back the next day to schedule to come out for an estimate. He was prompt and courteous; we were able to schedule within a week for him to look at the job and then able to schedule the actual work within 2 weeks. He removed the wallpaper from our master bath, prepped the walls for paint, then painted 2 coats with paint supplied by us. The job took 2 days total. He did excellent work, it was very clean, he left absolutely no mess behind. I worked both days, just left him a key under the mat and other than the supplies in the bathroom, he left no evidence of being in the house. I am very happy with the final product. I would not hestitate to use his services again or to refer my friends to him.

Paul came to give me an estimate in a timely manner. He scheduled and completed the work as promised. Except for the chandelier, he provided all materials. Paul and his crew were always on time and they were always polite and very pleasant. They gave me lots of good advice about the smaller project I was trying to do myself in a small bedroom. Each time they left the house, they cleaned up any mess that had been created. I have two dogs and two cats. They did a great job of working around all of the animals! I was even able to leave for periods of time while they worked. Paul and his crew are all dependable and very professional. Before he left, we were already discussing my next projects. I am thrilled to have found a trustworthy company for future home repairs and remodeling.

Performed a number of things on my home repair list. The were quick and efficient and did a good job.

Paul was very responsive to our request for a quote. He scheduled a time and was here exactly when he said he would be. He prepared a quote and scheduled the work to be performed. He and his helpers arrived on time and took precautions to make sure they protected furniture and items in the room before beginning the repair. The job was very thorough, complete and timely. Highly recommended. Would use again for this type of work or more complex work.

He has always performed high quality work for us. He is very punctual, showing up ten minutes early even. The work was completed very quickly and I am very satisfied with the service.

Did a fair job of cleaning the exterior. Did a poor job of painting. We had to call him back several times to touch up large and small areas that were missed. Did a very poor and incomplete job of repairing the wood rot. Never came back to replace several boards. Thank goodness we did not pay for the boards up front. Took much longer than scheduled despite the beautiful, not too hot/not too cool weather. When the company did not complete the job after several attempts, we completed it ourselves.

They are very dependable. They are always on time and they do great work. They are pleasant to have around and they are professional. I highly recommend them.

I called other companies listed as handymen,but none would attempt the job until I called Paul. He said "no problem" and came out within a week(on a Sunday no less) to prepare an estimate. He worked with me to do the work when it would be convenient for me(he was booked up for about 3 weeks) including rescheduling when I called a few days before the original time to tell him something had come up and I wouldn't be able to have the work done on the agreed upon day. Paul showed up on time, did excellent work, and cleaned up after, taking the old material with him.

I called Paul the week of April 28 and explained the work I needed done and Paul said he was interested in doing the job but cautioned (up front) that he was very busy and he could not get to it immediately. Paul came on May 1 to give me a quote and returned on May 19th to complete the work. Paul did an excellent job. With no trace that he had been on my property, except of course, three perfect window sills.

Outstanding. Paul came over to give us a quote one day, and when I gave him the OK, he came the very next day, did the work quickly, and cleaned up well after himself. Some of the trim work was complicated, but it looks better than I was expecting. I will absolutely call him again for my next mini-project.

Great. Paul worked on some rental properties. He was on time. Worked with the tenants and got the job done promptly just as promised. He has done work twice for us now.

Paul came out next day. Did the work very quickly and properly for a very reasonable price. I not only would use him again, but I am using him again next week for another project.

Little slow to get started, but did quality work, and did everything he committed to in the quote. Paul is fair and honest.

He responded to the call quickly. Very punctual. Very friendly. He cleaned up very fair and his work was very good. I was very impressed with the job he did. I will definitely use him again for additional work.
