Description of Work: They were very nice ladies and did a VERY good job of cleaning and a good job of organizing the garage, BUT the proceedings were handicapped due to their extremely limited command of English. If would have been disastrous if not for the fact that I majored in Spanish a million years ago, and it is close enough to Portuguese (they're from Brazil) for us to at least generally understand each other.

Description of Work: The cleaners did great. The only problem we had was the first day we had scheduled, their car broke down and they sent an email through angies list. I didnt see it u til about an hour after the scheduled time. There should be a way for them to call in instances like that.

Description of Work: They took the money and then declined to do the work. They claimed they didn't work in my area code. Why didn't they say so in the first place. Very Unprofessional.

Description of Work: The appointment was set, in writing, for 1 o'clock today. They called at the last minute to cancel the appointment and asked to reschedule through email so that all communication could be translated. I am upset that they canceled so last minute.

Description of Work: I paid 80 for 4 hours of cleaning and they left after 2.5 hours. I had asked them to clean the windows. They said they would they didn't. I asked them to clean the patios; they didn't. They also didn't clean the oven. I would have them back for 2 hours for 40 but not at 4 for 80.

Description of Work: I'm cancelling this Big Deal because I cannot get anyone from the company to get my service scheduled. I can't get them committed to a date and time. They will not respond by email or by voicemail. I'm not sure anyone at the business is fluent in Spanish, which may account for the communication issue. I'm in a hurry to get this service done and can't wait on them any longer. I've already booked another provider on Angie's List.

Description of Work: Needed cleaning service this week, requested dates of April 29,30, or May 1, as I have company arriving from Massachusetts for a week on May 2-9. Provider responded saying she could not clean home this week, but could do it May 5,6, or 7. That is while my company is here and is not acceptable, so I made other arrangements. Also, the e-mail response was in very poor English, so there may also have been a problem with communication.
