 + -1 moreRichard has been an extremely reasonable and very helpful landlord. He is always quick to address any issues with my unit, and would do little things for me that he certainly wasn't obligated to do, but did anyway because he's a great guy. I couldn't have asked for a better landlord. The space I rent from him is a commercial unit in Matthews and the center is well maintained and kept updated. I am one very pleased tenant.
