They called before the first appointment and arrived on time. The problem was quickly diagnosed and we were told they had to order a part. When the part arrived they called, gave us an accurate price for the repair and made an appointment to install the new part. They arrived early, after calling to ensure that we were home, and in a few minutes had our dishwasher working properly.

I called Gantt Appliances on Tuesday and they were able to schedule a service appointment for me that Friday morning. The service call was for a Wolf stove that was placed in our house two owners before we purchased it. I wanted to make sure the stove was working as expected. The owner of the company, who performed the service, called half an hour before my service window to confirm that he was on the way. He thoroughly inspected the stove. I was unfamiliar with many of its features and the proper method to disassemble it for cleaning, and he demonstrated several features for me and showed me how to disassemble it and reassemble it for cleaning.

Excellent! Jeremy is very knowledgeable about FP dishwashers. He diagnosed several problems with our dish drawers. They were never installed correctly and that is why the top drawer kept leaking. He reinstalled both units correctly, replaced a motor in the top unit, hoses and actuators in both units. He even called FP directly and had all of our parts replaced under warranty (the dish drawers are 5 years old)! We didn't have to pay for any parts just labor and the labor was only $123!! I highly recommend them for high end appliance repair. They also service Wolf, Viking, and Sub-Zero in addition to Fisher/Paykel appliances.

I called them and got an answering machine. Left a message and never got a call back.

They discovered that it was not the dish washer but the switch was bad. The price was kind of high for them to not do the work, they just diagnosed the problem.

Mercifully painless. They came within the time frame they said they would and were very polite as they did the job. One thing I like is that they are always dressed very neatly.

This was the first time that I have used their services. They were prompt, professional, knew what the problem was, had the part and cleaned up after themselves. It was great.

I had to schedule a couple days ahead of time, but the service person was prompt, friendly and very professional. They found the problem right away, fixed it quickly with parts that were on the truck. I had forgotten my checkbook and offered to go get cash, but they allowed me to send them a check later - which I realize is risky for a small business, but very convenient for me and overall a nice touch. I was pleased with the service provided.

Called Gantt late on Thursday afternoon and left a message. They called back first thing Friday morning and said someone would be out for the repair around noon. At 1:45 the tech called and said he would be at the house in 15 minutes. He showed up around 2PM and quickly identified the problem as a broken motor coupling. He performed the repair and all is now well. Total cost was $130 ($15 for the part; $85 service call charge; $25 labor; $5 "truck" fee). I'm not sure what the $5 "truck" fee is (didn't see this until after the tech left), but overall I was satisfied with the job done.

Poorly. No one returned my phone call with a price to repair my dishwasher.

Jeremy was on-time and very courteous. He found the problem with my washing machine and had the needed replacement part in his truck. The repair was completed in under an hour. I think the price was fair. I would use this company again.

I called Gantt because I had used them before and was pleased with their work. They came when expected, examined the dryer, and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately, they did not have the part I needed. They said they would order it and get back to me by the next day to schedule the installation. Instead, I received a call a half hour later that they had found the part and wanted to come back to install the timer, which they did.

I thought they were good in all categories except for price. I thought he was very professional, informative and responsive to my questions. He went above and beyond. Do not remember cost.

Called and left message on answering machine about needing repair on ice maker. After 24 hours, call still not returned.

I have used them several times and they are the best. I will continue to use them, they are very reasonable with their pricing.

I made the appointment two WEEKS earlier as my schedule is inflexible, with an arrival time beween 8 and 9 am. At 9 am the office called and asked to reschedule at two other times which were not possible. For some reason being told ''no'' to those times once wasn't sufficient, I had to tell them twice. Under duress they sent a service man who was familiar with the problem and knew how to fix it. He was very courteous. I feel confident in the quality of the repair and would use them again, but make it clear to the office staff that their lack of planning does not constitute my schedule disruption.

Jeremy, Albert's son, called to say he would be a bit late, which was appreciated. He then performed the repairs for less than estimated. He was very courteous, professional, and fast. I have used them several times and referred them as well. Very pleased.

Were very courteous and timely. Had to come back again as ice maker still did not work. they did not charge for second visit even though had to repair another part to ice maker that he apparently did not catch in first visit.

They were very flexible in scheduling, were extremely prompt, courteous and helpful.

They responded quickly and were willing to accommodate my schedule.
