Flooring Pros

Overall the experience was extremely negative and challenging due to lack of communication, multiple no show no calls, and poor craftsmanship. In the end this company has charged my credit card without approval for work not completed and have failed to honor their warranties. Flooring Pros did not follow instructions and had to redo work that caused the entire project to be delayed. Flooring Pros failed to turn up to perform scheduled work causing me to miss work several times unnecessarily. Flooring Pros had to return several times to fix installation mistakes and have failed to respond or address warranty issues. Flooring Pros charged $2,000 to replace stair treads and risers per the contract but only replaced the treads, when I informed the salesman Rick who wrote up the contract that his crew did not perform the work his response was "well how did you want me to word the contract"? I informed him that there was nothing wrong with how he worded it since it included replacing the risers, my problem was that I paid for something that was not done. Ultimately as I pursue the work I paid for and the warranties I have been led to deal with 4 different people all working for 3 different companies.
