They emailed me soon after I bought the Deal and apologized, but explained that they were too far out and would not able to service me. They encouraged me to get a refund, which I did.

From making the initial call to providing me the paperwork with the listing of what they did was a good experience.

It was an excellent experience with the service technician. He was professional, yet appropriately friendly and helpful. I would give him the highest score possible. The only negative thing regarding my experience with the company was that 3 weeks earlier I had left my information and a request for contact with the company on their Angie's listing. I never recd a response at all from that; I then went back on Angie's list and bought a $59.95 coupon for a service call. I recd a response from the company within 24 hrs. It basically ended the same way but it gave me a lasting negative feeling for the company, that they were either not interested until they had my money or that they were too busy to contact me.

We saw mouse droppings and realized we probably had a mouse. We called Economy Exterminators after receiving an Angie's List coupon for "Rodent Elimination and Exclusion" for $99. Cindy came out and discovered a hole in our kitchen cabinet under the sink. She closed the hole and also recommended we get new vents for the crawl space, as ours were old and the screening was mostly gone. For an additional fee, we had all the old vents replaced. We have not had any issues with rodents since. Overall, the experience was great. We have continued to use Economy Exterminators for other pest problems, such as yellow jackets and, most recently, ants. I would highly recommend Economy Exterminators.

My fiance and I have a rental property - the house we used to live in but now rent out because we couldn't sell it. Our renters moved out and when we inspected the property we found damages and a pretty bad bug problem. I found Economy Exterminators on Angie's List and read all of their reviews and decided to call them. They scheduled someone to come out the very next day. Taylor Cook came out to the house to assess the problem He was on time as arranged, congenial and professional. The problem was bad. He was very knowlegeable and answered all of my many questions. He let me know that Economy Exterminators would be able to "fix" the problem and explained exactly what would need to be done. They worked out the details with me, worked out a payment schedule for recurring treatments that I can live with and scheduled the treatments to start as soon as possible. LuAnne was so nice helping me get set up and told me I could call them any time if I had questions. We can't rent the house out again until our problem is under control, but Economy Exterminators knows that and is working to get us back on the market with a clean house again. I can understand why they have gotten the grade A reviews they have. They made me feel like they wanted to help me and that they were glad that I chose them. I feel confiident that they will deliver the solution they have outlined. Nobody ever wants to have to call an exterminator, but my experience with Economy Exterminators was very positive and reassuring.

It went really well. The technician had to come back once due to more bugs being found, but it was done at no charge. They were professional, efficient, and personal. We are currently bug free. Thank you Taylor.

In the process of obtaining a re-f,i a pest inspection was required. We contacted Economy Exterminators and Cyndi Henry arrived the next day on time as committed. Cyndi took the time to show us where we had areas of concern and where there were no issues. Cyndi did not attempt to up sell any additional services and no contract was required. She gave us a rough estimate but committed to providing a firm quote the next day which she felt would be lower. True to her word, she called the next day with a firm price which was significantly lower. We scheduled the work to be done and like Cyndia, the technician showed up on time, he was very courteous, and started in working right away. I was truly impressed with Economy Exterminators and would not hesitate to recommend them. As a last thought, I didn't expect to find any service company in any industry as honest and professional and pleasant to work with as Cyndi and company.

Technician personable and helpful. They come promptly every month. The office is very nice and easy to work with.

They did a good job and they came out as promised. We were pleased with that. They came on time when they promised and they showed up. That meet my expectations. They did the work and that's great.

Economy came out to my house with a technician, a salesperson, and....the owner of the company!! I was so very impressed by their questions, thoroughness, and professionalism, that quite honestly, they blew me away. I thought all "pest companies" were the same....not even CLOSE. I signed up on the spot for them to treat my home almost 2 years ago, and I still use them to this day, with no complaints whatsoever. I cannot say enough good things about this company!

Having noted noises in the attic I called Economy on Friday afternoon and was told that they weren't available on the weekend but someone would be in touch after the first of the week. I was contacted by Economy Exterminators on Monday and scheduled an appointment for Tuesday morning. I had conducted trapping over the weekend since I noticed the problem on Friday and no one was availble until Tuesday due to the MLK holiday. Having caught one mouse myself the represenative confirmed that I was on the right path to eliminate the pests and that the problem wasn't widespread giving my wife and I peace of mind. Economy provided a quick response and kept me appraised of a late arrival due to traffic. They were most helpful and courteous.

Economy Exterminators Inc were very professional. They came out and first looked at the house and the situation. They went under the house and in to the attic and made an assessment. Then they applied the treatment that we needed. They said that if we saw anything or had any concerns that we could just call them and they would come right back out. As far as I'm concerned, I was very pleased.

I purchased a coupon for 1 time pest treatment for 59.95. The technichian was on time & professional. He explained what he would do, what he was looking for and answered all of my questions. The house was being treated primarily for spiders (vacant rental home getting ready for occupant). He got rid of a nest of bees that had collected near the gutters and also treated the yard for fire ants. I was very satisfied with the work and will use them again.

The technician was responsive and professional. There was some confusion and miscommunication with dispatch - I left a message with the answering service that apparently was not delivered to office/dispatch.

Very polite and informative. We feel very comfortable using this company again.

The pest treatment was performed as advertised, but the Big Deal included a termite inspection which was not performed.

Great customer service, good work

Very well. Put out bait stations and glue boards in attic and garage where droppings were located. Followed up after 30 days, removed one dead caught mouse in attic and replaced glue boards in attic.

Family came home from a vacation to find that we had a couple of mice in the house (that we saw...not sure what might have been there that we did not see). We have a quarterly service with another company that sprays for bugs so we called them and they came out and just set out some traps (which we basically had already done). The ad for Economy said they would do an inspection to find where the mice (or other pests) were getting into the house and seal that off so we called them. Taylor came our and was very professional in his description of their service and his inspection. The initial visit was an inspection only and a quote. He then came back a few days later and performed the service. We waited about a month to do this review just to make sure but we are happy to report that we have had no sightings or sounds of any little visitors since Taylor came out.

I have been thrilled with the work of Economy Exterminators and have highly recommended them to friends. I called mid-day on a Friday after hearing/seeing what I thought was evidence of mice. Taylor was able to come out later in the day to perform an inspection (at a discount because of my Angie's List membership), and he spent a great deal of time inspecting the house from cellar to attic, answering my questions and helping me understand the situation. Because it was a last-minute visit and he had other stops to compete before the weekend, he wasn't able to begin the treatment process. But on Monday morning as scheduled, I received a call setting up a time for someone else to come out and set traps, fill cracks, etc. Over the course of two weeks I had more than four visits to my home to continue to check on progress, fill additional gaps, add screens to outside vents, etc. The day after the initial treatment was done I saw a rat in my kitchen. I called the next morning--from a different location--and they came out the same day to put rat traps out in addition to the mouse traps/bait from the day before. They again checked the home top to bottom, and they continued following up to ensure everything was ok. I can't say enough good things about this company. Everyone I've met or spoken with has been extremely caring, helpful and friendly. They take great pride in what they do, and they will continue coming out until the job is done. I signed up for an annual contract, and as part of this service they will come out as many times as needed to ensure all pest situations are under control. I have had no additional rodent issues after the first few weeks of treatment, and I am thrilled with their work!

Ultimately, I had to purchase a new style trap, and figure out exactly where to place it to catch the clever two mice we had. Unfortunately, we didn't benefit much from the $99 we spent on this job.

Someone was at our house within a day of being contacted. They were very helpful in addressing our situation and they were very professional. They worked with us on our schedule and made sure that we clearly understood what steps we needed to take after they treated the home. This was very important since we have a baby in the house. The best part is that they did a follow up treatment 4 weeks later at no charge. After the initial treatment we saw no issues. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.
