It was a HORRIBLE experience. It all sounded so wonderful up front, but once I signed the contract on Feb. 3rd, 2014 with Coverall to have our office cleaned weekly -it all fell apart on their end. Apparently they did NOT have anyone available to clean when we needed them to clean, but they over looked that and sent someone who could not do the cleaning during the hours we needed. (Some of these is exactly as I wrote it to headqtrs) ~After one month of them failing I had to hire another company under an emergency cleaning situation as we had a big meeting the following day. I have been upfront and honest as to what we were looking for and no one ever told us it was not doable until AFTER the contract was signed and they had someone come out and scope the place. I had repeated been telling everyone I spoke to at Coverall that on the weeks when we have a special training in our office I need someone to clean around 4 or 5 pm. No one told me that they did not have anyone available during the hours of noon and 6pm!!! If this is standard it should be brought up during the sales call or at least after I say that is when I need it done! This has been a long story so I will eliminate a LOT of the back and forth ? but long story made short; I have had to repeated call Coverall asking when someone will come to start the cleaning? First they sent a guy out who informed me he could only work from 8a ? noon, so I called and asked why they would send someone who could only do it during those hoursknowing I needed it done in the evenings. They said they would get back to me; they always say they will get back to me and no one does! I?ve repeatedly made concessions to accommodate what April says she can offer me, then days later, no call and no one shows up ? I call to see what the heck is going on and she says to me well you needed someone at this time and I don?t have anyone ?then I remind her I said okay to what she offered ?she again says she will make some calls and call me back (remember she ISN?T calling me back!), then days or a week go by and I call her, get the same story and I tell her I agreed to the hours she said she had someone available ?and we go through the same scenario over and over. I spoke with her days ago and told her to just get someone out here to clean and I?ll worry about cleaning before our class myself? It had been days, no calls, no one has showed up, the office has not been cleaned in four and a half weeks! I was trying to get a BETTER cleaner in here and can?t even get anyone at Coverall to send out anyone! I?ve repeatedly agreed to the hours that April says she can get someone and then they don?t have anyone and it?s like she?s forgotten I agreed to everything. I told them I the new office manager for AFTERDISASTER and this is really making me look bad, that I don?t understand how I can say ?whatever time you can get someone here ?just get the office cleaned, yet no one shows up or bothers to call! This has been a most unprofessional experience I?ve experienced. My final words to CoverAll office, was I just need our offices cleaned, I don?t care when they come, just get someone here. 11:26am ? no one and NO CALL!! I had to have someone come in and clean at 6:50a the morning of the meeting!! (As if it weren?t bad enough that the OWNER of our company and his wife have had to do some cleaning because of this mess ? and they keep asking what happened to the new company!) I regret having signed the contract with Coverall and I do not understand the disconnect between me telling April to just get someone in here to clean I don?t care what time ? and her repeatedly saying I don?t have anyone available when you want them ?I said any time during the day!) We do not have keys to give out, my boss does not want them here by themselves so someone has to be here. Can you please explain to me what has been going on? This has been very difficult to express via email (easier to verbally tell you ?but I was told when I called corporate that I needed to email you) ? I hope I haven?t confused you ? I want you to understand fully how difficult the interactions have been with the Charlotte NC office. It?s like they are not even hearing what I am saying ? I wanted this office cleaned by today OR else I was done trying to work something out with them. I told April if she finds that she can?t find anyone in a three day period ?why wouldn?t she call me back and let me know; why am I having to be the one to contact them repeated after 3 to 7 days? I don?t wish to run their office as I?m running ours. If we ran our business the way I?ve experienced with Coverall ?we?d be out of business by now. I?ve lost my patient with everyone at that office as everyone has repeated dropped the ball ~ and it amazes me when April says I can?t get anyone there until 6pm and I say okay that?s fine ? then nothing happens and I call back days later and she says I couldn?t find anyone because you wanted them at 4pm?! I told her that not true ?I agreed with you (now repeat that scene about 5 more times and you will begin to understand my frustrations!!)?.. this has been ridiculous! Now I will have to shop for another cleaner. I even went so far as to call headquarters, but was told I would have to send an email in order to get in contact with the person in charge of the Charlotte office. After sending out the email outlining the issues, I received NO response what so ever. I think this company is run very poorly, which is sad because I think they have a great service to offer...at least it seems so from the description.
Description of Work: Seems like they have a great cleaning system in place; except they NEVER did the work, even after repeated calls and altering everything that was asked for and agreed upon several time, no one ever showed up to do the cleaning! They failed week after week to return calls, get a cleaner in our office, and repeatedly asked me to change what I needed but still didn't follow through.
