Hired without first getting quote, but felt the work they did was superior. The two gentlemen that came were very focused on making sure the outcome was very satisfactory to me and ensured they kept me informed as they completed the work. I would highly recommend them. Excellent customer service.

In addition to repairing and restoring grout in our ceramic tiled floors in our kitchen, breakfast nook and 2 bathrooms, we also had all of our caulking in kitchen and bathrooms (3) re-done. Michael Lane came out to meet with us, he assessed the project and in the same day provided us with an estimate. He is very professional, honest and someone you'd want with you in a fire fight. Oh and did I mention that he is also a US Marine who has served our country with honor. Michael also came to our house and did all the work. Applying nice even beads of caulk is an art form and Michael is a master. His work is impeccable. I highly recommend Carolina's Group Pro's and would definitely consider hiring them again.
