Overall very positive experience. I live in NJ and have a property in Charlotte, NC and so I worked remotely with the team throughout the process. The owner and agents I came into contact with were all very pleasant and helpful. I was referred by a friend who has worked with Carolina United Realty for about 7 years and they definitely delivered. - Jim was very personable and went out of his way to make sure that the property was listed within a very tight timeline. To top that, he personally delivered the rental documents to me while I was in Charlotte for work. - Erin was super. Can't say enough about how helpful she was during the process. She was extremely thorough in her review of rental applications and made my decisions very easy. She viewed things through the lens of a homeowner and not a salesperson - never applying pressure to make a decision or accept a tenant. I highly recommend this team and would use them again.

Erin was and continues to be very prompt with replies and assistance. Our house was rented almost immediately!

I told Steve I was not interested in selling house and if I was I would contact him. He attempted several times to ask me about housing and interest in buying because he had already bought in same area and interest was high in the area. Maintenance was bad. I don't know how they contracted the people they did but I was not pleased with any service completed along with poor communication on what and why something needed to be done. It was frustrating but because I lived on West Coast it was difficult to get them to respond in a timely manner much less professionally.
