They did some investigation. He told me he didn't need to have the crown replaced. There was nothing wrong with it in other words. He was very pleased with them. He did schedule for an appointment for cleaning which he had to care for. He is planning to go back. He was very happy with them. How reasonable they are on price, I don't really know. They didn't really do the crown or anything so I don't have a price to compare to anybody else's. He thought they were very professional. The staff was great. Not only the dentist but the people who work there, they are very friendly, very professional. He was real pleased. Very good interaction. Work turned out fine.Very good in availability. He didn't have to wait long for an appointment.

He is a dentist, very professional & personable. He doesn't want you to feel any pain - I think that's one of their selling points. They're big in cosmetic dentistry, though we haven't used them for that yet.

Based on our conversations about the limitations of the accepted treatment plan, we knew there would be a compromise of the final outcome. They just put on veneers. My teeth look phenomenal and they look very natural. The office staff is very caring. They remember our conversations we've had in the past so it is like visiting a friend. They go above and beyond, especially with billing. They have a spa like atmosphere.

They are very, very professional and very personable. They make us feel like they are there for us. It is a very different dental practice and they did that on purpose. I read a lot about them and that was their plan. They are very well known for taking care of their clients. They also try to take care of people that are scared of dentists.

My only complaint is there billing practice. I had to pay 50% of what they thought the bill would be when I booked the appointment. That was a major turn off. I booked the appointment anyway since I had a problem. I have dental insurance but they still make you pay all of the bill up front and then submit the insurance.

They are my service for dentistry. I like that they are all very good dentists. Their office is really well ran. They are friendly, organized and very easy to deal with. Scheduling is easy for me. It is a very well ran place and I have been going there for 5 years.

They worked me into the schedule so I didn't have to wait. Dr. Joe is the nicest dentist; he's always very gentle and kind. He keeps up on all of the latest things. For instance, the crowns that he does don't need to have impressions made, he just sprays a powder in your mouth, which I prefer, and it doesn't take as long.

My experience with the staff was fine but I was disappointed my teeth did not appear much whiter after the procedure. Their results did show that my teeth were a couple of shades whiter but I imagine my expectations may have been a bit unreasonable. Regardless, they offered a follow-up visit at no cost to me. Carla Stack is the Practice Manager and she went above and beyond what I would have expected from a dental office. Not only did they do the whitening procedure again at no charge, they also sent me home with a whitening stick at no cost. I couldn't ask for better treatment than I received from everyone at this office.
I highly recommend Ballantyne Center for Dentistry because they are genuine in their desire to give the best service possible.

The people are super friendly and they know what they are doing and they take great care of you. They explain everything that they are going to do and they even have follow up calls and they explain what you need to do on the sedation dentistry. I have had extractions and cleaning and partials and the whitening treatment. If I am not satisfied with the first minor whitening then they will put that money toward a more expensive whitening product. When you go under the sedation you are asleep and I have come from over 50 miles away to go to this practice. My sons have been driving me there for my appointments. It really is pain free and even after the procedures I still have not had any pain. You do have to pay for your services before they will give you your appointment that is one thing you do have to do. The dentistry is expensive but they also have plans to help make the payments. I will continue to use their services in the future for my dental health.
