Brian was the GC for the work an he did a great job. He was all over the subs if there was any issue and those were very minor. He came back a year later and fixed a problem that was not even related to his work ! At NO cost ! I work in construction and Brian is one of the most honest & professional people I've very met. Highly recommended.
Description of Work: Major Remodel - Several rooms including kitchen that was full demo and replacement. Wall relocation w/ structural / load bearing walls. Drywall & painting. Plumbing & Electrical. Trim & Finish work. Etc...

It did not go very well at all. I had told Brian that many homeowners in our development had mold issues in their crawlspaces, and that my husband had ?gone in there to check for himself and found mold. Again, Brian reassured me that we did not have a mold problem. When my husband came home and I gave him the "good news" that we did not have mold, he said that's impossible, he saw it for himself. So, I went down there with him and sure enough there was plenty of mold. I took photos and called Brian to let him know that I was very upset that he did not do a thorough inspection, and that he was welcome to come back over to see for himself what he missed. Brian said he will call me tomorrow to set another appointment. Not sure this will happen. I will be calling another company to do a thorough inspection.
Description of Work: Brian Torres, from All Clean Disaster Services, inspected our crawl space for mold and remediation. Brian told me he found no evidence of mold.

All Clean is a honest and reputable company. We strive on that ! Brian went out and met with the customer on 4/8/15 to perform a FREE visual inspection for mold. He performed a through inspection and seen no visual signs of mold. He asked the customer if they wanted to do a mold test & customer refused at that time. All Clean was the only company that went and inspected the home, there was no other companies that has went to the home and estimated there is in fact mold to prove our company was wrong in our findings. All Clean did in fact contact the customer on 4/10 after seeing this review to ask if there was another company that found mold. She stated no. We asked if we can come back and perform a mold test to be sure, plus we want to make things right if this customer is stating we did not do a good job. (since she only wanted a FREE visual and refused a mold test ) and also meet with the husband since he was the one stating he saw the mold. The customer agreed and we are scheduled for 2/14/15 to return. All Clean has no contract to do any remediation with this customer and no money has been exchanged. We will only charge for the mold test which customer agreed to pay for on 2/14/15. From there we will see what the results are and offer an estimate to remediate if in fact it comes back with findings of mold and if customer wants the estimate. I told the customer that you should always get 2 to 3 estimates from other companies to compare findings and price. We are an honest company and would not defraud a customer and claim there is mold just to make money. We feel this review was not accurate since we in fact contacted them back and have an appointment to perform a mold test. The customer called the day of the appointment to cancel, stated that they were going to go to Lowes to buy their own mold kit and dehumidifier. There was no mold testing done by All Clean.

Brian has been very professional and he makes things right. Unfortunately, I have broken water pipes and I would not call anyone except Brian. He is on time and stays with you until you are satisfied. "Highly recommend him!!"
