+ -1 moreI called John on Thursday and he was able to come do the work on Friday morning. He was extremely nice and worked very quickly. I felt badly because I had underestimated the amount of debris when we spoke on the telephone, so he did not have his hand truck with him. But, even without the hand truck, he was able to load an amazing amount of stuff on his trailer and be on his way within an hour. He seemed almost embarrassed when quoting me a price, I guess people give him a hard time sometimes. I thought he provided a great service and I was pleased with the service and the price.
Description of Work: John cleaned construction and other debris out of an old (40 plus year) shed.

+ -1 moreEverything was excellent. He was responsive, professional and punctual. The hot tub was large and old, so very heavy and dense. He had to take it apart, and cut it up to remove it. I was surprised at how much work it took to dismantle it -- it took several hours on an extremely hot day. When all of the work was done, he swept up the debris and left the deck looking neat. Removal really opened up the deck. I should have done it years ago, but feared the cost to remove. The price was very reasonable. I'd definitely use again and recommend to others.

Description of Work: John Ismail is a great joy to work with. He showed up next day for estimate and was willing to start work the following day. He worked in the rain to finish the job and cleaned up every branch, piece of brush, board, etc from the 2 huge piles of debris we had collected. He had to remove boards from fence line for access to the piles. He returned those boards to their same location prior to leaving. He borrowed a wheel barrow of mine to complete some work. That required him to fill the tire with air and he left me with a value stem cover for the wheel so the tire would not continue to lose air. Extremely nice individual. Very hard working. Pleasure to do business with and would hire him again for next job we need!

+ -1 moreI had an old hot tub on my backyard deck. I called John on a Friday afternoon and he came out on Monday morning as we agreed. After taking a look at the hot tub, he said he would have to cut it up to remove it, but he could do it right away. He spent about two hours to completely dismantle and haul away the old hot tub. It was a huge job, but John worked quickly and quietly and did a great job at a very reasonable price. He was very pleasant and professional both on the phone and in person. I would definitely recommend him and I plan to call him again for another job.

Description of Work: John came and removed an entire garage full of trash and even cleaned up a bunch of junk behind the garage. He was extremely professional and pleasant. I wasn't sure that I wanted to pay him for a third trip for a bunch of wood behind the garage, but he offered to do it for the landfill cost and gas, which saved me a ton of work.

We established the work date for the upcoming Saturday. So in general - very little lead time - very responsive, very polite - very thorough, very flexible and helpful. Mr. Ismail will definitely be hired to work with me again in the upcoming future.

+ -1 moreMy storage shed was crushed from a large tree limb that had fallen on it during a storm. The shed was basically split in half and leaning against the fence. I contacted John, who agreed to come at a time that was convenient for me. He was quick as well as quiet in removing the parts of the shed all the way down to and including the platform. he had to haul most of the parts thru the backyard to put it on the trailer and was careful not to do more damage to my grass which was already suffering from the summer heat.
