Unbelievably rude employees! In many years of doing business I haven't found a company that seems like they could care less about helping their customers. Emails to them go unreturned, phone calls are ineffective they agree to follow up promptly and never call back. When I went to Fast Signs to follow up with them in person I was treated horribly by the women at the front desk. I got the message loud and clear?..THEY DON'T CARE. I have never left a negative review on Angie's List but they were so horribly rude and pricing is so bad that I felt I had to this time. I see I am not the only one that finds them rude. And their pricing is horrible!
Description of Work: I have used fast signs for marketing materials in the past. Unfortunately I found out afterwards that I was gouged by them on the pricing. I could have gotten much more for my money elsewhere. I have since gotten quotes that showed they were over-priced by 50% compared to other print companies.

I needed a small roadside sign for my business replaced due to wear and tear. They did get the job done very quickly and they did do it well. One problem is their customer service. They can be rather rude and abrasive on the phone. My bigger issue is another matter. The total of the estimate was $106.26 and they required a partial deposit which is fine. I gave them my debit card number over the phone and authorized the $53.13 deposit. I asked specifically if they would bill me for the remainder when the job was finished. I was told "yes". The next morning I checked my checking account on line and they had charged my card the entire $106.26 without my authorization. That did not sit well with me but they got the job done quickly and it was done well so I figured "what the heck, I owed them the money, they are now paid in full"....I'll let it go. Then I noticed another charge from them. They had charged my card an additional $1062.26 and that money was removed from my checking account. I called first thing and was just briskly told that they would check on it and call me back. Later that morning I got an e-mail that was scanned copies of their merchant services transactions. There was the one for $106.26, one for $1062.26 and one for a credit of $1062.26. OK, they made an error keying in the amount but after several phone calls to them and to my bank they had not processed the "void" correctly thus the money was withdrawn from my account and it would take anywhere from 2 - 10 business days for it to be returned. I'm a small business owner and if I had ever accidentally done this to a customer I would have been horrified. I would have went and gotten cash, delivered it to the person and told them to send me a check when the money appeared back in their account. I did get an e-mail with an apology for a "simple slip of the finger accident" but no offers to do anything about it. I sent an e-mail in response that I do understand that errors can happen, but that accidently taking over a thousand dollars from my checking account for several days is a big deal and suggested that they consider a partial if not a full refund for my inconvenience. They never bothered to even respond. It did take 6 days for the money to make it back into my account. I sent another e-mail to let them know that the money was credited back to my account and that I had noticed that they had not responded to my previous e-mail. I again suggested a partial if not full refund and they have not bothered to reply to that e-mail as well.

Why would you want to do business with people who are so incredibly rude? You wouldn't. Customer service is nonexistent. Plenty of other places to have this type of work done.
